It looks like an apartment, so I doubt if it's a legal lodging facility 2. The key box was broken so the door wouldn't open and I couldn't get in. I asked for a refund, but they acted like they were giving me special treatment and kept suspecting me as a consumer. They said they weren't responsible for the additional cost I paid because I couldn't stay there and that they would report me as a consumer 3. They didn't clean the place. They only gave me one set of towels and I had to wash them myself lol 4. They said the customer center was open until 12:30 in the morning but I couldn't contact them at all. Are there any employees? I don't know.

I arrived in the evening and went to the accommodation, but I was so shocked to see that the building was under remodeling. The entrance was also under construction, so I was so shocked that I wondered if I was in the right place. But fortunately, the room condition was very good, clean, and satisfactory. The room was spacious, and the bed was also wide and nice. However, there were some drawbacks, such as the noise between floors and poor soundproofing. However, my family of four had a great time for 4 nights and 5 days. And the location was good, so I was able to walk to Dotonbori.
