La posizione di questa struttura è certamente ottima. In pieno centro, con parcheggio interno, a pochissimi minuti dai principali impianti di risalita di Ortisei. Come sempre l'accoglienza in Sud Tirolo è eccezionale e la proprietà qui non fa eccezione. Unico neo, la scelta particolare di avere la pulizia delle camere come servizio a parte, nonchè la sola fornitura del kit di cortesia iniziale (sapone, shampoo, ecc.), senza prevedere una ricarica. Comunque un posto consigliato.

Come già scritto in tante recensioni è proprio nel centro di Ortisei, comodo per tutto negozi, impianti, ristoranti, etc. Prenotando il garage si ottiene il pass per la ZTL. La struttura è divisa nella nuova sede detta Heritage 2, modernissima e all'avanguardia, noi siamo stati ospitati nell'Heritage 1 che è la struttura classica, ma sempre molto confortevole. La sig.re Marie-Laure è stata deliziosa e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni e supporto necessario al nostro soggiorno. Spazi ampi e ben organizzati, molte facilities incluse nel prezzo, spero prossimamente nella convenzione con la sauna del Mar Dolomites che è un altro fiore all'occhiello di Ortisei. Grazie e arrivederci nel 2025.

This was our second stay in Ortisei but our first time at Aquila Dolomites Residence and it did not disappoint! Marie was lovely, warm and helpful with all of our questions. We loved our top floor penthouse with amazing views of the pedestrian-only Ortisei and the mountains surrounding this lovely pedestrian-only ski town. The best feature was the large corner balcony with jacuzzi. Even when it rained, we could still enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. The unit was very modern with high ceilings, a balcony in each bedroom, and two toilets for our family of four. We appreciated the modern appliances, high quality pots and pans, even a sharp knife which makes things so much easier. Underground parking is extra but very minimal in cost. It was so convenient to be able to just walk downstairs and have restaurants, grocery stores, and shops right at your doorstep. This was truly our home away from home and we plan to return again. Thank you so much Marie for helping to make our stay so memorable.

Excellent accommodation for visiting the Dolomites. The apartments are a five-minute walk from the main bus stop in Ortisei, located on a pedestrian plaza. They are comprised of two buildings - one traditional and one modern. I stayed in the older building. Retro but comfortable and lots of space: double bed in the bedroom, living area with two couches and a dining table. Small kitchen but it had most of what you need to cook. Apartment also comes with a large balcony looking into the hillside. A supermarket is directly across from the building - super quick for getting groceries. Apartment also comes with local discount including free entry into a swimming complex. I went every evening after hiking. Will definitely return to Aquila Dolomites.

We got lucky. We found it online and it was excellent. In the center of town, walkable to both Gondola’s w ski boots on. Marie, the property manager was easy to deal with and she was very quick to reply when we had inquiries.
It is apartment style but you have a grocery and restaurants less than a minute away.

I spent 5 wonderful days with my family at the end of September. Fantastic and very convenient location in the center of Ortisei with private parking and very easy access. High level apartments with practical and very functional furnishing elements. Top cleanliness. The professionalism, kindness and helpfulness of the property and staff are above 5 stars. I hope to be able to return as soon as possible

I asked this structure for a quote for a stay: having seen on Booking that they accepted animals, I was serene. However, shortly before paying the deposit, I informed the acceptance lady that I would be taking my two-year-old poodle with her one-month-old babies (locked in a playpen) with us. He started ranting and pronounced "I would stay at home with a situation like this". Yet my dear lady in a few days I will be in Ortisei in another structure where there is really respect for customers and animals: no one is terrified of three puppies of just 500 gr each. I will tell friends who frequent Ortisei about what happened and I hope you have the loyalty to cancel "pets allowed" on Booking, among the characteristics of your structure.
