Everything about the hotel was great . Great location. Friendly staff who were always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable and spacious room with great views. Breakfast was brilliant but the evening meal was always exceptional . Very knowledgeable and helpful waiting staff , Dritains wine advice was always very helpful and informative. I didn’t use the spa but heard very positive things from the rest of the party. The pools are great: I never thought I’d want to swim in a ski resort but the pools are so good I did most days..I have skied many of the resorts in the Alps but this is now my favourite ski area. We have been in this building for five days. We have been in the outskirts, but with a bus stop in front of the entrance, we have always moved to walk because in ten minutes you get to the center and you can admire a wonderful landscape. We were welcome, and the staff were always very kind and ready to meet our needs. The room is comfortable and spacious for us who were in four with two bathrooms always clean. The pool covered is very wide and with large glasses with a beautiful view. Positive experience, very recommended hotels! We would be happy to return!

We had an amazing ski vacation and hope to return to Villa Emilia! Excellent location, walking distance to slopes, town, and sledding! Clean and comfortable rooms, quaint bar, and delicious food. Wonderful breakfast buffet, and first course dinner buffet! Something for everyone. The staff is warm and helpful.

Excellent location & great variety of breakfast . We stayed for 5 nights. We am particularly impressed by the outstanding service of Peter at the Reception. We arrived late almost 8 pm . Peter greeted me outside the Hotel Entrance and showed me where to park . He helped us carrying our heavy luggages to our room. Later, for the first time when we drove our car out of the garage , we didn’t not know how to make payment. Incidentally, Peter appeared and showed me with patience how to do it . When we returned to the garage a few hours later , we found it difficult to drive through the driveway into the garage. Peter suddenly showed up and helped us out in this difficult situation. The most impressive is that Peter did all these in a most helpful attitude and pleasant manner . He just appeared every time in our difficult situation like an “angel” to us. He also told us that the Pope has stayed in this hotel. We were impressed when we saw pictures on the wall of the Breakfast Room that 3 Popes have paid visits in this Hotel ! We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends for the excellent location and Peter’s outstanding service . Peter : Thank you for everything !

Il soggiorno presso l'Albergo Pontives è stato estremamente piacevole. La struttura è tipica locale e tenuta perfettamente. Anche le camere (ne avevamo prenotate 2), seppur dallo stile tradizionale, sono dotate di tutti i comfort, pulitissime e ben tenute. Il pezzo forte è certamente lo staff. Silvia, Egon e il resto del team sono dei padroni di casa eccezionali. L'accoglienza è decisamente il loro impegno primario. Un'attenzione davvero particolare e sorprendente è stata quella verso le scelte alimentari. La cucina è certamente un altro pilastro di questa struttura, ottima negli ingredienti, nelle proposte e nel servizio. Eravamo 2 ospiti vegetariani su 4 e non solo non ci sono mai mancate delle proposte valide, ma spesso venivano create delle alternative fuori menù, solamente per noi. Proposte sempre di qualità e mai preconfezionate. Sono esattamente questi i dettagli che fanno la differenza e ti fanno sentire come a casa, o forse anche meglio! This hotel is an oasis. I got an amazing massage and used all the steam rooms and saunas and boy was it relaxing. Everything is stunningly picturesque and serene. We even used the outdoor pool in mid October and I have never been in a pool so heated and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accomodating and the most helpful. I would return many times over and recommend this place to anyone. It IS as nice as it looks in the pictures.
