If you love the water you will love Daytona that's all I have to say.

We stayed for a family reunion suite room and adjoining room they were remodeled and clean. Missing microwave in rooms but overall good. This hotel is going through remodel so be prepared for that. Biggest complaint one elevator hasn’t worked in 15 years. This is not a high end Hilton but good for a value hotel . Patty and the staff are excellent, be sure to ask for her if you want anything.

Great stay, the room was overlooking the ocean, room was clean. Breakfast was simple with a bagel selection, yogurt, and muffins. Just enough to out to the beach. Check-in was quick and underground parking. Resturant with in walking distance.

Absolute worst! 1 elevator working for nearly a year- No continental breakfast - said there would be- is a bagel bar???? And juice that is orange but not orange juice Moldy shower/ NO Room service NO TOWELS??? Had to go buy our own toilet paper , shampoo, cond and soap- idk how HILTON has their name attached! No microwave in room- no washer/dryer in premises- and the 1 working elevator they took down for 5 hours to paint it? And clean it? Called Hilton they refused to help - stayed July 27-August 3rd. Someone pooped in the pool so that wasn’t even able to be used. Absolutely disgusting!! Tried to get a refund when we check in and they refused- said we had prepaid- the website at Hilton is not updated to reflect all the things this place doesn’t have any longer.

Under construction do not blame the front desk. (+) Room clean, could see the ocean -3rd floor North side. Caroline, Patty and Michael are great. Neg. 1 elevator, breakfast -bagel no protein, no cereal, no milk, no fruit. Whole hotel Dingy and worn. Hilton this is not a good example of your quality and usual standards. Staying here presently should be discounted. I'd like 50% refund since it appears everything is less than 1/2 done

We have stayed here every year when we go to FL on vacation for 20+ years running and though this year they only had one elevator working of the two, causing long waits at times I was still pleased to see the rooms had undergone some renovations. The balcony sliding glass doors have been replaced and the black out curtain is also new. The room we had was clean and they have a new alarm clock on the table between the beds that has two UBS ports on them making it easy to be able to recharge your cell phones. They have taken out the stove tops and the upper cabinets in the kitchenettes, but since we hardly ever cooked in the room it was not a big deal to us anyway. They still have the full size fridge and every room has a microwave that can be used to reheat leftovers. Our shower worked very well and the internet was very good. In previous years this hotel was under management by a different GM but recently one of the former GMs has returned and when he was there before the place ran very smoothly. I know this person will correct all the things the previous manager left undone and if given time he will have this hotel back to being #1 on the best value list for hotels in Ormond Beach.

This is the worst of Daytona. I was placed here via a resort company for a timeshare. I’ve changed rooms 3 times. First time mattress was all torn up, stained. Next room part of the ac was on the floor not working and the 3rd one I kept feeling crawling on me. I didn’t see anything. Turned off the lights and got up to go to the restroom roaches. I am highly displeased, disappointed, aggravated as I had already had issues checking in and now all of this. I’m on the beach, but a what cost? To watch the waves with the roaches. I’m not taking pest back to my home. They said they just changed management too! They need to close this place down and re do it. Too old.

Absolutely disgusting, roaches everywhere in the rooms and breakfast room , on beds and in food, pool green , walls dripping in condensation, lifts broken ,all the bedding is damp, both of us have fell ill due to this awful hotel , the hilton has taken over but are still allowing people to stay in this run down filthy place ,

I was in a pinch after my air bnb check in time got messed up. Only needed a couple hours of room time to catch some rest. I called this location at 4 am and they still had rooms available. Even after telling them I only needed a few hours they even extended my stay till the next day without any charge! Will definitely come again! Only issue was the parking lot is a little hard to get in and out of with my car being low to the ground but that really didn’t bother me too much. I want to thank this place again for the help!!
