This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. We were greeted most warmly and with the news that a festival was taking place (Indeed it was very busy and parking a little tricky.) Our rooms were comfortable and well equipped. We were lucky enough to be overlooking the river. My only reason for not giving top marks is that the bathroom is virtually in the room with a wall stopping short of the ceiling. We had our evening meal here which was part of the 'street food' vibe of the evening and although the service was slow our waiter was charming and attentive. The bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen. The breakfast, although pricey at €24, was delicious with a real variety of choice. Also be aware that the parking is €17 a night. Would I stay here again, most definitely!

Awful, expensive, overpriced and small rooms. Parking 15 euros which came as a surprise as not noted on website. Double room tiny and bed felt like a small double as for 140.00 a room a night it's ridiculously overpriced, room so tiny couldn't move. Bed hard and uncomfortable, like sleeping on a slab of concrete. View was of a roof and outside air con unit. Tiny window, dark room. No milk in room for coffee and I booked three rooms and no milk or supplies in other rooms neither. No cups in rooms just a couple of paper ones in the bathroom. No tea bags, they supply tea leaves but no strainer. All just pointless, poor customer care and disappointing. I complained to reception about room size, no milk, cups, teabags and was basically told tough. I asked if I could be moved FOC but told no, even though there were rooms available. Deposit of 50 euros taken per room for damages. Just avoid, looks all nice and well furnished in the pictures but this hotel is really not worth the money, time nor experience.

The waiter was warm and the room was clean and tidy. The only problem was that the room was small and the luggage table in the room was small. The hotel price is really nothing to say, clean and tidy, there is a microwave oven, basic kitchenware, you can cook for yourself. The only thing that is not so good is that there is some noise around. I don't know if it is a special situation or something. I have been clearing the trash can to collect the trash can in the early morning. It is really noisy and noisy. There is also a loud noise in the hotel refrigerator, but the overall is good.

Sur le parking.. nous avons été conseillés elle nous a gardé notre place le temps d un demi tour.. vraiment... Bravo. Nous avons beaucoup fréquenté d hôtels mais là c est presque surprenant.. GGuest UserMy husband booked this hotel as a treat for my birthday. Unfortunately, our ‘superior’ room was on the third floor-definitely not a treat when the stairs are extremely vertiginous, there is no lift, and the birthday you are hoping to celebrate in one piece is your 70th! The room was pleasant, with a pretty decor, beautiful fabric lined walls, and interesting vintage furniture, yet rather cramped. It wasn’t possible to fully open the bathroom door as the bed was in the way. This made the room slightly oppressive; a great pity when so much thought had clearly gone into other design features. Nonetheless, the bathroom was more spacious, as well as being modern, spotless and neat. Although it’s in a good location, I would recommend establishing which floor your room will be on before you book this hotel. Walking downstairs is a truly terrifying experience and I have no doubt there are much nicer rooms than the one we stayed in!

GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from the city centre and the shopping streets. The Accor members could not enjoy this service free of charge? The reception is quick and effective, perfect explanations. The room is wide, well decorated, the comfortable bed, but once again a few details make it possible to turn ourselves quickly to competition. In fact, no bottle of water available in the room, no toilet products in the sdb, one toilet box per person, it really makes pink. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable.

For a three star hotel, it is more or less what I expected. Rooms looked fairly recently renovated, the decor and design are modern and stylish. Don't expect large spaces in the rooms or the bathroom, I guess this is a characteristic of these central blocks of flats. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot of room for improvement with uqestionable pieces of hair around the sink, on the towels and in the shower, and layers of calc on the shower door. Some of the room doors can only be shut from the outside by slamming them, that's very unpleasant in the middle of the night, not to mention hearing everything your neighbors do and say. The bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable for me, too hard for my taste, but some people might find them to be perfect. Reception is closed from 10 PM, and we had the chance to test out the hotel's emergency number (our cards were only programmed for one night, so we weren't able to get into the hotel or our rooms at a little after 10 PM), which was a delight, the night manager responded quickly, was very apologetic and kind, and resolved our issue promptly. Breakfast is quite limited, no vegetables whatsoever, some cold-cuts, jams, eggs, a few types of cheese, bread, pain au chocolat, etc., however the breakfast room looks great. Staff was quite friendly, we opted for the nearby parking lot with a discount from the hotel. Our ticket was validated at the hotel, and we paid for it there, but we did have to pay an additional 2 EUR at the parking lot upon leaving. The location of the hotel is amazing, everything we wanted to see was pretty much at a walking distance.

GGuest UserPart of coach trip returning from Italy 6th October We were expecting a set 3 course meal after a long day travelling Starter was a mug, half filled with beige soup and hard as rocks stale bread crusts. At bottom of mug looked like raw egg yolk Main was a brown leg of chicken with mash flavoured with gravy Dessert was cheesecake Vegetarian passengers said later they were served raw white fish (they were fish eaters) Utter chaos at breakfast. Not small hot selection and I was unable to locate a tea bag. Staff kept well out of view though some people had to chase them up when mugs ran out Our coach drivers said they took photos and are lodging an official complaint about hotel, via their head office I am over 60 and this is one of worst hotels I've stayed in Rooms were fine but food at evening meal would probably infringe some people s humans rights I do have photo evidence but as phone saved these in heic format I cannot upload them at the moment

We chose the hotel as we were travelling with our Golden Retriever and he was made most welcome. If you don't have much luggage I recommend you drive directly to the car park at 22 boulevard Rocheplatte - 45000 Orléans. Its a 2 minute walk and you cannot park at the hotel itself as it is on the main shopping street. The hotel also discounts the car park from 18 euros down to 10 euros for 24 hours. Check in very friendly and the rooms (we were in room 10) very nicely appointed. A good breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserIt is a small hotel along a major road and well located for visiting the city center. Double glazing is very efficient. The style is minimalist but it has everything you need. Breakfast is a bit limited but good. A good point for the welcome from the receptionist who did everything he could to help us. He even brought our bike bags up to the rooms. Hats off, we don't often get this type of attention, even in much higher-ranked hotels.

Oopty5Hotel close to the close centre, 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Easy access from the railway station. I travel with a small baggage so for me it was a nice walk. Helpful service, you can get everything in English. The reception is open in certain hours, shorter during weekends and holidays, so you need to learn a few procedures, and if you arrive outside the reception hours, the hotel sends a very accurate instruction. It is a hotel where guests clean the Annex, download the garbage and take the garbage to the containers at -1 level.
