I went there with my best friend, it was incredible. The hotel is extremely well connected! Except for a small spider on a cushion, but one person was able to come and help us. Private spa, hammam & sauna PERFECT!

I love this hotel. Once I saw the date/weather notice in the elevator, I knew the staff at this hotel truly cares for its guests. My room was large and screamed elegance. My “must haves” for any hotel are a clean room, comfortable bed and a hot shower. Thankfully Empreinte Hotel exceeded my expectations with everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. They assured me that they understood English and everyone was very gracious while dealing with my attempts to speak French. The breakfast buffet amazing. I will definitely be back and hopefully my French will be better.

Great reception and service. Rooms are not big. The location is very good, on the edge of the old town making it adjacent to the historical areas. The rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable. This hotel represented good vlue for the price. The downside is parking and checking in, a little of a challenge.

Mauvais rapport qualite prix, trop cher et cet hotel ne merite pas 4 etoiles. Tous services payants, incompetence du service au bar, il y a des desserts mais marques nul part. Petit hotel, manque d espace. Tout a lieu dans la meme salle. Personnel gentil chambres corrects bon petit dejeuner. Je ne le recommande pas.

I do not believe this property reflects a 4 star hotel and thus I am downgrading my ranking. Location is fine on the edge of the more interesting older part of orleans. Staff were generally pleasant. Parking we had paid for was not available “because someone parked in your space” so had to hassle with a nearby public parking garage. We had a suite and it was huge but looked a little dingy in spots to me. Bathroom was nice and large. Bed was pretty comfortable. Property was ok but just doesn’t earn a 4 star designation
