The hotel location is very recomended for you who want to go universal studio or go to the premium outlet. Dont forget you have to booked a bus to go the universal studio the day before, inside a hotel there is outlet for you to booked the bus. If you want to rent a car there also a rent car outlet inside the hotel. I go to premium outlet , walk to 10 min only. If using uber it cost you about CAD 9. I just dont like the room hotel floor all using carpet. Thanks

We live in Daytona Beach and needed a hotel near airport for early next day flight to Jamaica for our wedding!...with airport shuttle and place to leave our car. Check, check and check! Only problem is that shuttle would not pick us up at Terminal C. They dropped us off there, but apparently got in trouble for doing so. That should be included in the amenities list.

The service was okay but I've definitely had better. I didn't really get a warm and welcoming feeling when I was checking in or anything like that. Well at least not from the young lady that checked me in anyway. But the lady on the Morning shift had a great personality! The facility was fair but definitely nothing to brag about at all! This Hotel definitely needs some major upgrades. Specifically the beds, toliets, shower heads, tub, sink, let's just say the entire bathroom period! I really can't comment on the food because I didn't get an opportunity to even try it. I got there right at 9:30 and they had already put everything up. The room served its purpose for one night but I wouldn't be in any rush to go back there any time soon that's for sure!

The facility itself was good overall. There was no coffee maker or microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Other than that the location was great, there's a wawa across the street. A smokehouse pizzeria massage parlor.

As a member, there are two bottles of water at the time of check-in. After staying for a few days, I don’t give it anymore. I ask the front desk to take it, saying it is a rule. The hotel is in a good environment, not far from the small train to the winter park.

This hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.

I wish I had more nice things to say about our visit to Rosen Shingle Creek. Overall it was a nice stay, but little negatives piled up throughout, resulting in this average review. I brought my family along with me for a very large conference being held at the Orlando Convention Center, and the RSC was an official conference hotel, so many attendees were staying here. PROS . The staff! Overall, wonderful, friendly, engaging and responsive. Shout out to Heather and Mike at the Cat-Tails bar and poolside service. We had an Amazon Fresh order scheduled (there is a small fridge in the room) and the bell stand delivered it within 5 minutes of us requesting it. My mom and niece were also staying at the hotel, and the front desk attendant thoughtfully placed our rooms right next to each other. . Conference management. We had a great conference rate and the acknowledgment of our (significant) presence was thoughtful. Overall, the team was well prepared for several hundred attendees moving around the property. CONS . Rooms NOT that family friendly. I have a real issue with hotel bathroom designs that aren’t accessible for kids. I had to drag the ottoman into the bathroom area so my youngest could reach the sink. A huge leather ottoman in the bathroom is not ideal. . Substandard housekeeping. I asked for laundry bags from our service provider and was told they weren’t available. She pressured us out of our room one day saying she was trying to finish her shift early and upset my niece to the point of tears. Another morning, we had privacy lock and sign on and they were knocking at 8:30 to come in. It all felt very disconnected. . The Food. The biggest disappointment was that a resort this size, and a Universal Studios property, was such a let-down when it came to food. If you have any food allergy whatsoever, don’t stay here. The RSC makes little to no accommodation for food allergy or intolerance, which is very surprising in this day and age. My husband is celiac and other than FRENCH FRIES and VEGETABLES was extremely restricted in his food options. Only one restaurant was able to offer him gluten free bread for a burger. Food allergies are more and more common, it is unreasonable that RSC was lacking in its accommodations. In comparison to Disney properties where almost anything can be accommodated for food allergies, it was a glaring difference. Food options for children were also limited and unhealthy. After three days of eating cereal, French fries, and cardboard pizza, my kids were desperate for a freaking hot dog. None of the seven restaurants offered such a thing, but I was told they were available at the golf course snack stand. So I walk all the way out there to get three hot dogs and they were…sold out of hot dogs. Our Amazon Fresh delivery was a godsend, and there’s a Publix market at the end of the (very long) resort drive. . Universal partner means what?? My Husband and I stayed another night and also booked one more night . This place is so amazing and very clean. The maintenance guys are very fast. Are a/c went out and told them that morning and they got it fixed. The security guards here are so nice and on top of there game.. very safe here cause of them. The housekeepers are also good at there job. Very friendly and very fast in bring what you need for your next stay over even if it's something you need when you check in. I Love this place and we will be back and we will be bring are kids on are next trip back to Florida. I give them a 10. We will be back. I recommend this place.. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. I have stayed at many Courtyards, but this one was the best I have stayed at. It was just recently renovated. The lobby, lobby bar, and pool are so nice. The pool has cabanas with tvs and couches, a waterslide for the kids, cornhole, ping pong tables and fire pits. There is a huge tv where you can watch games all day and they show movies at night for the kids. You can order food and drinks from the lobby bar and eat inside or take it outside to the pool or around the firepits. The hotel location is perfect if you plan on visiting the parks like we did, or if you want to visit Disney Springs or the outlet shops and there are so many restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast you can take advantage of and even offer Starbucks too. This Courtyard has so much to offer and I can't recommend it enough.

The Fairfield at Marriott Village is a great holiday. The location is so wonderful that regretfully, we did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities such as the pool etc. We did have breakfast daily, which had a good selection of hot items, breads and cereals. The Mickey Mouse pancakes were delicious. Our rooms were large and spacious, with great air conditioning, lovely hot showers and sufficient tv channels. The beds and rooms were very clean. It is very handy that there are washers and dryers and ice machines on every floor or every other floor. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the parks but we preferred to drive to be able to leave and return to the park, for necessary breaks in the height of the heat. Would happily stay there again. There are 2 other hotels on the property (Courtyard and Springhill). I imagine these are more upscale. I would have appreciated an offer to ”upgrade” at a nominal fee to experience.
