Residence Inn Orlando Lake Nona

I stayed here for 3 weeks and the first night was not pleasant and also noisy but the following and first morning, I was moved to a very lovely suite with a kitchen. I really liked staying here and for studying and living it was ideal. I give it 5 stars. The reception staff overall were also very welcoming and lovely. I want to say thank you to Briana (I think that was her name) who worked at reception as she was excellent. I also want to mention Aracelys in the breakfast area. She made me feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service. She always made sure I was okay and that I had all that I needed. I could also see that she helped many people, and was always very kind to those that needed help or needed extra attention. She has a good eye for detail and has excellent customer service skills. She also made sure that the breakfast area was clean and with her team made sure the area was stocked full of food and essentials needed for breakfast. I would like to also give her 5 out of 5 stars.

Omg we’re do I start my Flight was canceled and I was having the worst day Mya at the front desk made it better with her pleasant attitude and optimism Ty so so much we need more people like her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel property. Also, this hotel location is conviently located near restaurants and grocery stores. I rate this hotel property five stars.

Excellent location in Lake Nina. Close to great restaurants and the USTA National Center. Wonderful customer service and check-in process. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great breakfast provided with a variety of options.

Very accommodating hotel staff! General Manager Ryan understood my needs and the front desk staff went out of their way to help me. They anticipated when I needed their services and generously helped me out very pleasantly every time I needed help. Which was unfortunately very often. Keep up your good work!

Great location. It is still up and coming but it's very peaceful. the Lake Nona area is really cool and the hotel is within walking distance of a couple of restaurants but a little drive to shops. Very friendly staff, ample parking free breakfast are just a few of the things to like. The fitness center is decent for this size of a hotel. I had the corner room, 1 King, facing SE. Great size room, like a little studio apartment. The bathroom is huge, for a hotel, and the living space is comfortable. Having an actual bedroom is great if you are traveling with others. There aren't any plugs on one of the sides of the bed, but the room is good. Full-size fridge, stove, and a microwave. Television in the living space and bedroom. This is a place I would return to.

Overall, it was a good place to stay. Not the newest, I should say not the best kept. Bathrooms need cleaned and caulked, doors have damages, the fridge is dented, and mattresses are lumpy. BUT... It's quiet, safe, and a good place to bring large families! The 2 bedroom suites are perfect with 2 bathrooms. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stayed at the Lake Nona Residence Inn. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and our suite was beautiful. It was the first time we stayed in the Lake Nona area and found the area around the inn exciting an lively, with great entertainment, restaurants and we even attended a luau at Boxi Park. It was close to the airport which was very convenient for our flight. Great Stay and we highly recommend this Marriott property!

Super clean and much more elegant and spacious I was thinking. We like to stay in Marriot hotels while this one is particularly nice. The area surrounding is gorgeous and plenty of activities to do - walking distance- . Check in and out was really easy and Zaria has very nice customer service skills! This was our first time here and expect not to be the last!
