Was in town for a 3 day meeting and I have to say this was one of the best meeting experiences I have had. The meeting room was perfect, the food was delicious and the location of the hotel compared to great restaurants and fun was exactly what we were looking for. Above all of this, the thing that stood out the most was the service provided. Smiling faces everywhere! I stay in a lot of Hotels and I have to add, the beds here were so comfortable. Slept like a baby! Many thanks to the team there for an amazing 3 days!

We were greeted by Franciely she was great and she took care of us and made sure we were well attended. We got a couple of frozen drinks and mixed drinks and they tasted so good! I highly recommend swinging by this bar and enjoying the fun in the sun and the great people!

Close to the airport, much cheaper than the Hyatt in the airport, but the hotel is very large and comfortable, the shuttle is also very convenient, the front desk service is also very good, there is a Friday's opposite the hotel, a good choice for transfers, next time you return Will choose.

The hotel location is very recomended for you who want to go universal studio or go to the premium outlet. Dont forget you have to booked a bus to go the universal studio the day before, inside a hotel there is outlet for you to booked the bus. If you want to rent a car there also a rent car outlet inside the hotel. I go to premium outlet , walk to 10 min only. If using uber it cost you about CAD 9. I just dont like the room hotel floor all using carpet. Thanks

Holiday Inn Orlando East - UCF Area

University of Central Florida Area
Nice budget hotel in the East of Orlando. Free parking and buffet breakfast included. The bed was great! very comfortable. The best thing? Room had a Cisco powerline AP with ethernet ports. SWEET. Basically means you have the WiFi hotspot directly INSIDE your room. Great coverage. Now, on the not-so-nice-note. Due to covid, room service is not done on a daily basis. I get it, the virus and all, but we have lived with that for over a year, and it starts to seem like an excuse to save costs on the rooms department. Maybe it's because the housekeeping staff is short-handed? The tale is getting old. Let's go back to daily housekeeping. This is not a critic to this hotel per-se.
