Our family of four needed an affordable place to stay close to Disney Springs that was pet-friendly. This Holiday Inn checked both of those boxes, and we had top notch service at checkin and checkout. They offered flexibility to check in early and leave late (even though we ended up not needing that). We used the pool a couple of times, and it met our needs and had hourly family activities during the afternoon. The room was good-sized, and even though non-bed seating was limited, we did appreciate having a good-size hotel fridge, a microwave, and complimentary k-cups. In addition to being close to Disney Springs (under 10 minute drive even in traffic), there was a Chick Fil A across the street & a solid Puerto Rican restaurant very close. We didn’t use the on-site Applebees, though apparently kids eat free for every meal. There’s a Publix less than ten minutes away in case you need a few more things.

This resort is absolutely amazing from the staff to the amenities. I felt very comfortable here as a first-time solo traveler. I received daily text messages from staff checking in on me which I appreciated so much. I loved it there. Definitely my go to hotel for each time I visit Orlando!

Every day when the baby and her father wake up, they go to the balcony to wait for the giraffes to come over for dinner. They can go out to play after watching them. There is a special bus waiting area to go to all parks. It is very convenient to go every 30 minutes (you can see the real-time waiting time on the Disney World App. When you check in, the staff will help you bind the hotel to this app). If you need any service in the hotel, you can use a smart device in the room to summon a crew member. The staff are very enthusiastic. There are many activities in Jumbo House alone. I stayed in the hotel for a day to eat and walk, but it was still not enough. I hope that when the baby is older, I will have the opportunity to come back to play. I didn’t play in the swimming pool, game room, night tour, etc.

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

My Husband and I stayed another night and also booked one more night . This place is so amazing and very clean. The maintenance guys are very fast. Are a/c went out and told them that morning and they got it fixed. The security guards here are so nice and on top of there game.. very safe here cause of them. The housekeepers are also good at there job. Very friendly and very fast in bring what you need for your next stay over even if it's something you need when you check in. I Love this place and we will be back and we will be bring are kids on are next trip back to Florida. I give them a 10. We will be back. I recommend this place.. There is a free shuttle bus, the location is very close to Universal Studios, the hotel is very new and modern, there is a Starbucks downstairs. You will be given a pre-entry card when you check in, which allows priority entry, but it can't open the hotel door, and the front desk didn't remind me, so I spent a lot of time and wasted time. The foreigners are okay in their attitude, but not very efficient.

The room has an open kitchen, living room, very large bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware.
