Old, run down property. The room had not been properly cleaned between guests. The bed was made up but when I pulled back the blankets to get into bed, it was dirty...full sand/dirt and the previous occupants body hair. There was a mild smell of stale urine in the room and there was dried urine on the toilet seat...obviously not cleaned between guest. The towel and facecloths had black stains on them. And the "guests" in the next room left their crack pipe on the outside table. All in all, it was disgusting.

Place did smell, ceiling stapled,light fixture taped, bathroom so small, bathtub so small would fit a child. The room was definately not cleaned well at all. Every corner on the floors had cobweb and dirt and when we wiped it with Lysol wipes they were filthy, bed frame was some wood duct taped together. The mattress was the only half decent thing in the room. They charged us 218.00, absolutely disgusting especially for the price! Would Not recommend to anyone!

We stayed for one night only as everywhere was booked up. The room was very small with just enough room for one queen bed, I am glad we didn’t stay in the summer as there was only a small ac in the bathroom window. Tiny little bath, they don’t supply plugs for the bathtub to discourage people from using it. We were woke up in the middle of the night by a group of women outside our room making a lot of noise, kept us awake for hours, not a great neighborhood!

Small but clean room. Easy check in. Walk to beautiful beach and park. Metro grocery store next door is convenient for snacks or microwave dinners. (Room has microwave).Had a great stay. Easy highway access to go north to Gravenhurst or North Bay.

Stayed one night. Almost slept in my car instead. Terrible dirty room with bugs and dirt that had a horrible smell. Don't stay here See pictures if you don't believe me. This place should be condemned. I paid over $170 for one night. Nothing like advertised. Just gross. I don't mind if a place is outdated but it should be clean and fairly decent. I don't know who wrote the other reviews but they are not accurate. Hmmm.... maybe friends and family wrote them. I dare him to respond to this review!
