Hotel à fuir ... venus en famille très mal reçu le soir pat le monsieur de l'accueil qui n'en est pas un finalement le lendemain matin pareil il nous envois promener pourtant petits déjeuner réserver il nous dit " a non je ne crois pas non " ma femme s'énerve un peu de l'amabilité de ce monsieur qui dailleurs n'a jamais répondu à nos bonjours et au revoir il s'est même occupé de la femme de ménage avant nous alors que nous attendions finalement les enfants dégoûtés de cette ambiance n'ont plus voulu déjeuner pourtant payer ... il a même menacer ma femme .... chambre assez propre hormis la clim noire de crasse insonorisation lamentable on entend les conversations des voisins comme si ils étaient la ... bref hotel réserver aux ouvriers de passage pas aux familles on vous le fait bien comprendre... fuyez pour info : petit déjeuner rien à voir avec les photos 2 pommes 2 croissants sec et 2 pains au chocolat dur comme du béton bref ne vous y arrêter pas ... Pour finir parking rempli de camionnette ultra compliqué pour se garer

accueil lamentable,la literie est simplement un matelas poser sur une planche de bois qui fais du bruit au moindre mouvement,wc tres sale,de la poussière absolument partout,Une honte,Hotel du tiers monde mais en france!!!A déconseiller!

A trial ! After 3 hours of driving, we just wanted to settle down, put the children to bed and turn on the TV... We had reserved a family room via booking, children's room on the mezzanine, super nice in the photos, favorable booking reviews for a bonus first... Arrival on site, 9 p.m., no one at reception, a not very friendly security guard, who leaves you waiting outside in the cold with children, telling you that you have to queue to access the reservation screen, A chance for us , only one couple was waiting before us, When entering our reservation number, it was impossible to find us, phew a nearby intercom put us in touch with a very kind Mr. who gave us our room number as well as the code Door . Arrival in the room: clearly not vacuumed, dirty carpets, no baby bed despite my request to the resa (our 17 month old son had to sleep between us, we could not let him sleep on a bed high up on a mezzanine with a barrier that didn't close!) In fact, we were still able to wash the children in the bathtub, which by the way, made us laugh 😅, we tried to turn on the television: no more signal! ! Obviously not connected to the antenna! Several attempts by “playing” with the antenna cable.. but nothing! Too bad, no TV! No problem, we said we were going to plug in the phone but…. Impossible ! Chewing gum sticks in the socket! See photos For information on room 52, to be banned! This morning, despite a not great night, we said to ourselves that a breakfast before our Parisian getaway would be nice… But the reception hall plunged into darkness at 7am…. Ah it only opens at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday….. ok… thank you bye!!! Experience never to be repeated! We strongly advise against this BB hotel!

Good welcome and clean. Firm bedding but the pillows are a little small for me Breakfast very good. Air conditioning in the room and very appreciable with the current heat. Quiet location with restaurants in the area. I recommend

We were very surprised that this hotel was so quiet even though the road was not that far away. Furthermore, our family room was impeccable, both in terms of cleanliness and presentation. Really nothing to say. A little extra is the mezzanine which allows for greater discretion than in certain other BBs where the children's beds are just above the parents' bed. The person at the breakfast was very professional, dedicated and courteous and nothing to say about the breakfast which was perfect and complete.

Leaving Martinique we were awakened by construction work just above our room in the middle of a time difference, plus we had to charge our phones by unplugging the TV and plugging in a computer to be able to plug our phones into the computer. For what? Well quite simply because none of the sockets work. Let's not even talk about the welcome.... We were greeted by a kind of pretentious little elf, almost as if we were disturbing him. This dear gentleman welcomed us like we had nothing to do here and I think he was right, I really could have found better. The worst part is that the same evening this gentleman in question had completely changed, he was so welcoming to English tourists that I even wondered if he didn't have a twin brother, in short....I don't recommend it.
