房間平米稍微有點小，但是入住沒問題，前台服務非常棒，值得誇獎，酒店附近是飲食、商業繁華區，早餐豐富，非常不錯，盡顯內蒙特色，但是吐槽一下鄂爾多斯的旅遊去了響沙灣320元，騎了一圈駱駝，幾分鐘吧，餘下的沒有玩，30歲以下的還可以，一小時就回賓館了，説一下購物，重中之重要先確認多少錢，標價與實物不符，晚上去看噴泉8：30開演晚了50分鐘，時間觀念不強，造成了打車回東勝區120多元，公交車最晚一班10點，的哥送錯賓館多出的錢照收，顯示應109，最後收了121，所以我衹對賓館有好感，對鄂爾多斯市是差評

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

Facilities: After checking in, I found that the sink would spray water when I turned on the cold water (as shown in Figure 5). I didn't ask to change rooms with the idea of making do with it. As a result, the drain fell off when I washed my face at around 9 o'clock the next morning, and the water directly filled the entire bathroom. But it was almost time to check out at that time, so I wiped it myself with a towel. I hope this place (Figure 2) must be repaired. Service: The overall feeling is that there is no service at all 😅 I don't know if it's because southerners have high requirements? Anyway, there was no doorman when I arrived by car (there was one when I left the next day), and no one guided me how to park (there was a wedding outside that night and it was full), and the front desk was cold. Environment: I checked in in September, and the heating in the north hadn't started yet, but the temperature was very low, the hotel was also very cold, the lobby and the gym were very cold, and I turned on the heater in the room and it didn't work at all. The hotel is clean & tidy. Breakfast is good with the right variety. Concierge was very helpful. They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.
