I've been staying in Hilton properties for 20 years. I have stayed in 100's of their properties. I spent 450.. for three nights for this hotel; this was not worth what I paid. This is not a Hilton-quality hotel. The size of the king room was about a third of a Hampton King room. There wasn't an alarm clock, coffee pot, or microwave, a closet to hang your clothes, or even a dresser to put my clothes. What quality hotel doesn't have an alarm clock, coffee pot, microwave, closet, or dresser? I could see my dress clothes hanging next to the bed. I had the rest of my clothes on top of the refrigerator table. Based on the pathetic service interactions I had with three people, the customer service staff has not received any Hilton training on guest service. This is was my first and last stay at Tru Hotel

The man who checked us in was very professional and nice. Our room was newer on the 4th floor. Nice walk in shower. Very quiet stay with the exception of a couple of loud cars going by. We were on the front of the building. Not sure if you’ll hear that on the back. There are several places to eat bear. Breakfast was good. The staff was probably some of the best we have had. She kept the dining area clean , stocked. And was also friendly. We loved the large bottles of shampoo , body wash and lotion. We didn’t have to unload all in that.

Unpretentious motel with pretty pool. Beds and pillows were ok. Room was clean, bathroom was tiny to the point that you have to step aside to close the door. Breakfast was beyond expectations, Barbara takes pride in offering a very nice breakfast and the breakfast room offered a decor with lovely southern touch which is nicer than the generic breakfast rooms most chain hotels offer.

We were warmly welcomed at the front desk by sweet Margaret on Feb 27, 2023 and we were given room 109. It was very clean, had new carpeting, the bathroom had every toiletry we needed and more, the beds were very comfy. The pillows were small but very nice. It was quiet. Someone mentioned a train which we heard before went to sleep and again at 6:30 a.m. when we were getting up anyway. Breakfast was good - bagels, Turkey sausage Pattie’s and regular links, scrambled eggs, hot oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oranges, apples, pastries, juices, coffee, hot chocolate and more but we did a grab and go so I didn’t pay more attention. We’d definitely stay here again!

Another great stay, as we have been stopping at this hotel since it opened. This hotel is extremely clean and hasn’t changed in the five years we have stayed here . It is very well run by general manager, David Lenk, who is the shining example of customer service which is also reflective in all of his employees. The breakfast has been consistent offering a fresh, variety of choices. When we are traveling on 95 going north or south this is the only place for us to stay.

The room was very clean, the price was affordable, and overall really nice. The A.C. worked great. The bathrooms were super clean. Very professional and courteous staff. Will definitely stay here again. The staff is great!
