I can hardly express how to begin, but it’s all thanks to an incredible front desk attendant who went above and beyond to assist me. I arrived at Home2 Suites by Hilton at midnight with my family, who had traveled for 24 hours from England to spend a weekend with me in Orlando. Unfortunately, I spent two hours on the phone, getting disconnected three times, while trying to use my points to cover our stay. To say American Express was unhelpful would be an understatement. At 1:30 AM, I approached the front desk, desperately seeking the best solution. I have to say, he provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. He was incredibly accommodating and ensured that I was taken care of. When I checked out, he made sure everything was in order for my family and me as we prepared for our five-hour journey home. There’s a difference between standard customer service and truly exceptional service, and Denzel exemplifies the latter. He is simply amazing.

Everything was awesome. All the employees were very friendly and kind. The place is very clean and organized. The breakfast was delicious. Also, the pillows are the flueffiest I have ever had at a hotel. The place and neighborhood is very nice and quiet.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Near Universal

We stayed at this hotel before 2 days at Universal. Check in was fast and our room was very nice with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The pool looked pretty small and cozy, but we were not able to use it due to rain. The room was comfortable with decent amenities. The only negative was the shower lacked decent water pressure. The breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I have had in a long time. Plenty of options and quick things to grab on your way to parks. Overall I would recommend this hotel if looking for something close to universal with plenty of space in rooms to spread out.

Lake Bryan
The breakfast is very rich, there are liquid drinks such as coffee juice, the fruit is banana and sweet orange, the staple food is small meat and cheese bread, the Mickey Mouse-shaped sweet cake can be made by yourself, the milk yogurt is available, and there are several kinds of bread, etc. I didn't eat the staple food. Free parking, I booked a twin room, the bed was large, and one bed was enough for two adults to sleep. We are strolling around the outlets and then searching for hotels nearby, in fact, only five minutes walk from Outlets. very satisfied.

I had pre-paid airport parking shuttle service. The staff in the morning are amazingly helpful. Terry my shuttle driver was so nice on January 13 at 7 am. Prompt curteous etc. Sane with valet service. Awesome guy. No problem making my flight on time. Gracious gentleman. Not so lucky returning to Doubletree. I called from the plane at 1012 pm then at 11 then at 1123 a van pulled up to A44 space as I aporoached to board it. Suddenly the shuttle backed away and drove off. Not one word. and 1137 pm. Wait another ten minutes and finally arrived at the hotel at midnight. It was almost longer than my flight. I spoke to Derek. No resolution. Very rude. He acted like my firat call didnt even count . By then I was experiencing dizzy spells. I highly recomnend not using this hotel shuttle at night and paying for a taxi. It is not worth it. The morning guy Terry should get a raise. He is the best.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The beds and pillows were amazing. They have everything as far as dishes and such that you could need. This place was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. I am a extremely picky person and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
