The apartments are located 6 minutes from the airport.
The apartments have a kettle, microwave, cutlery. Plain and sparkling water.

Positive: It is close to the station and easy access to and from the airport and to the centre, in 20 minutes. The bed is comfortable and the room is well soundproofed. We went in September so the temperature was not a problem. Not so positive: Totally impersonal aparthotel, zero contact with the staff in charge. There are no drink machines, much less food, and the prices of the restaurant on the 7th floor are as if they were in the centre, although the staff is friendly. Things that are damaged in the rooms are not replaced and this affects the service, for example in the shower the shelves were non-existent due to previous damage. There is a THREAT of a fine of CHF 2,000 for generating steam or smoke that activates the fire alarm, it is better to remove the microwave. There are plates and some pots but without a single piece of cutlery, so it is better to take them with you. It is a hotel for short stays. The check-out time is terrible, at 10 am.

First of all, there was not reception with personal working there and nobody told me this before arriving. I was waiting for 4 hours in the lobby without any information until they sent me the code to access into the apartment. The microwave doesn’t work and there wasn’t instructions. If you put a dishwasher at least you should leave some dishwasher tablets to use it and some soap and scouring pad if we don’t want to use the dishwasher. There wasn’t kitchen paper. Just due to the characteristics of the accommodation, all these things that I have mentioned should be provided for the client's meals. It's something basic like toilet paper. I work in some apartments (4stars) in Barcelona and we provide everything, oil, sugar, salt, kitchen paper… You deserve to have the stars you have if you do not think about the client's comforts.

VERY POOR SERVICE, WE HAVE BOOKED 2 ROOM FOR THE FAMILY, AND THEY GIVE BOTH ROOM ON DIFFERENT FLOOR. ONE IS ON GROUND FLOOR AND ONE IS ON SECOND FLOOR, EVEN AFTER REQUESTING SO MUCH THE DIDNT SOLVE OUR PROBLEM, WORST HOTEL IN THE ZURICH, DONT EVER GO. GUEST NAME: MR WAHID ALI.

Actually a nicely furnished hotel, but it is very dirty. The floor in the hallway and the elevators are absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were heated to almost 30 degrees. We were told that the air conditioning does not reach all rooms. The rooms were not cleaned once during 4 days/3 nights.

We stayed here for two nights and could not wait to leave. We arrived around 11 am and learned they did not have a front desk or reception. The entire check in process is done online. We waiting until 3 and were able to check in and get into our room. Once inside the room it was very hot and muggy. The A/C in the room did not work properly and the fan kept recirculating the hot air. The shower in the room did not maintain steady temperature. It kept changing from Hot to cold then back to hot and cold, no in between. The bathroom door did not function properly and once it was closed it would not open. The sink made a huge mess once the water was turned on. The electrical outlets only worked once the lights were on so when you plugged your phone in you charge at night you had to keep a light on. The only good thing this hotel had was a train station and grocery store near by. Overall I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
