I was here visiting family for a couple of nights and when I arrived, they asked if I had a reservation which I did, promptly got everything ready and not that this is needed, but I am asked by IHG if I was recognized as a Diamond Member so about half the time, I say no, because the staff don't ask and that was the case here, I'm just another customer and that's fine with me, but I have to let IHG know this for their records, As I exited and entered the hotel on occasion, not a "Hello" not a "Hey How are you"...nothing, just no acknowledgement at all and with these 20 and 30 somethings, I have encountered this, not with the older generation, the thing that confuses me is they are in the "Hospitality" business.....trust me...nothing hospitable about what I have encountered lately and that's this location too, so if you do stay here....don't expect any pleasantries....this generation don't work like that, not sure who trains them or where they get their training, but here's a lesson for ya'll.....If you are in the Travel and Hospitality business....act like it!!! but....so glad my generation knew what hospitality is and still does.....as far as the room itself, it was nothing special....just your typical hotel room and overpriced....doubt I'll be back
