Accord Highland is one of the best properties near Ooty. Nestled in the midst of misty mountains, the property offers rooms almost at par with 5 star rooms at 3 star tariffs! The entire staff, especially Mr. Sivakumar, are remarkable! The garden area is massive and very beautifully maintained. There are a variety of activities offered at the property, which change on a day to day basis. The games and the kids room are always brimming with buzz and activities. The property is only about 15 minutes drive to Ooty and is most conveniently located. The garden area, bonfire, kids room, Karaoke.

The rooms are good and well maintained. The location is awesome. However, the service is extremely pathetic with no sincerity. The focus in the dining area is only on buffet and ala carte orders are severely delayed even after regular reminders. Even in case of buffet, lot many items are filled up pretty late. There seems to be a severe staffing crunch.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful location and views. Tea Kadai needs a special mention. Excellent tea and snacks. Mr Devanand treated us pretty well. The activities like bonfire, sports area are lovely addition. Food is also pretty great.

We had an incredible experience at this property! The hospitality was top-notch and truly exceptional. Our kids had a blast in the play area, and we were impressed by the dedicated staff who went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Although the rooms may be dated, they were spotlessly clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening tea service at the tea shop, which came with healthy snacks. Overall, our stay was absolutely phenomenal!

I stayed during the fourth week of October 2024. The stay at hotel was awesome. The hospitality was excellent, above and beyond. The staff at Restaurant welcomed people with warm gesture, especially Mr Sivaraj and Sarukesh, who work in restaurant. Over all our stay was very pleasant. Thank you Highland for the experience. appreciate it.

Excellent location and view from the hotel is serinic.. guest friendly staff .specially vijay at reception was very helpful and thoughtful. Good value for money although hotel is rated as 3 star .they indulge in giving a higher quality of service.

The hotel location, staff, facilities, rooms, activities, are really nice. We stayed for 3 nights and were very happy. Specifically, the location is away from city, at height, near Dodabetta, makes it more special. Evening rea/coffee with snacs, bonfire, karaoke also are added attractions

Had a fantastic stay at Accord Highland Ooty with family, great location and many amenities inside the property itself to spend good time with family and friends. The location is very close to Dhodabeta peak and easily accessible to all tourists attractions.
