Thinks may look luxury and premium, but few items were not working, even availability of drinking water from the hotel was a task. But the food they provided was delicious. For the price they are charging for the room it is not worth the try, you can get more premium options at this price.

Great. The overall experience, the staff and the room. It was great. Everything in the room was digitised including lights. The view was awesome.

It was a pleasant stay with a scenic view and the food was really delicious. The staff were cooperative and helpful. Felt like a real hill station vibes

It was a terrible stay starting from late availability of the room. Though all things in the room were getting operated using a notepad but pad wasn't working properly. Took alot of time to even switch on light or close the drapes. To add to the injury, the staff wasn't courteous at all. Toiletries weren't provided and in fact it tool 8 hours for them to provide hand wash. Asking for drinking water they kept saying it is inside it is inside despite telling that we had already consumed it. Breakfast menu was very limited. They dint have sufficient bread and butter inhouse. When one packet got empty they had to send someone to purchase from market. Coffee took almost an hour to come to table. Overall, it made the overall experience pathetic.

The stay was very comfy and good at tuccil. The staff was very good and the hospitality offered is really good. Overall it was an amazing experience. Rooms were really good and clean. Breakfast is very tasty.

Good staff really good krishna and dinesh and very supportive. Chef is on leave but krishna kumar and dinesh have managed good north indian food. You can mark them outstanding.
