We are frequent Choice Hotel customers. Room 325 in this Sleep Inn was minimally satisfactory, superficially clean, but evidence present that it had not been deep cleaned in some time. Breakfast was meager, Sunny D served as orange juice, and little overall choice. Hot water for tea was luke warm. But the real disappointing factor concerned the very visibly dirty and worn carpet in the hallways and stairways. Hallway in the third floor where we stayed was hot and stuffy, as a/c unit in the hall was blowing hot air. Glad that the outside temp was not the usual summer 100+ degrees. Indifferent front desk clerk blamed the heat on the ice machine, but it was clear that the a/c unit in the hall on the third floor was not blowing cool air, only warm air. By contrast, unit on second floor was fully functional and the hallway on this floor was cool. A/C unit in room had a noisy fan. Grill was missing on room a/c unit and what was visible was very dirty. Had to turn it off in order to sleep. If Choice Hotels is seeking to upgrade their properties, then this Sleep Inn is a prime candidate. Also, property is immediately adjacent to a busy Interstate with accompanying noise. Will avoid Sleep Inn properties in the future.

Motel 6 Ontario OR is located off I-84 at Business US 30. Restaurants are within walking distance. Ontario Municipal Airport is 2 miles. Micro-fridge units in select rooms. Enjoy our seasonal outdoor heated pool. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Excellent customer service from everyone we encountered. Arrived late but the front desk gentleman couldn’t have been nicer. Great stay- beds were comfy and AC worked great. Breakfast was a plus! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
