The pictures online make it look like a nice place, but when you drive up, it looks very ghetto. It claims to be smoke-free, but I could smell smoke in the office and the halls, too. The place is dark, with hardly any lights. The shower was dirty. There was a clump of hair in the bottom of my shower. The light fixture was crooked, and the two locks on the bathroom door didn't lock. The towels were thin and could barely wrap around a small child. The breakfast was bland, and hardly any options. I was caravanning with my sister and her family back from a family reunion, and I was so embarrassed that this was the place I had booked for us. I should have paid the extra $20 and gone to the place I went to on our way to our family reunion. This place is not worth the $150! Lesson learned: never go here again. It's NOT quality at all.

There's no quality here. The entire building smells like a wet bong. Aside from that, it's clear they tried to do some renovations. My room had new furniture and new carpeting. Unfortunately, the impact is that of lipstick on a pig. The hallways show that the old rug also had carpet baseboards. In my room you could tell it was once the same because there was still holes in the walls where it had been ripped away and chunks of old carpet still nailed in in spots. The fresh paint didn't even reach to the new carpet. Gives the whole place a grimy and run down feel for want of $100 in new baseboards. Also, the shower was way too short for normal adults. I am 5'6" and the shower hit me square in the eyebrows.

We stayed one night in a separate building which was the Roadway Inn, but is part of this complex. The small room smelled like stale potato chips. We had to keep the window open. The bed squeaked loudly. The shower was so small, you could barely turn around in it. The breakfast had many choices, but the round scrambled egg patty was rubbery and tasteless. The only good part was the price…cheap.

Clean, busy facility. Their policy is to charge $20 up front that will be refunded to you once your room is vacated and found that there has been no smoking. It may take several days for refund - based on timing of day of week, etc... Breakfast was usual fare. Within walking distance (or quick drive) of various fast food and shopping.

We were just here for one night but it was adequate. The room was nice and big and the people who checked us in were very friendly. There was sausage and eggs and waffles for breakfast. I would stay here again.

Thepillows weren’t the fluffiest at all. Everywhere I went to smelled dog poop. My room infested w/nuncios and/or mosquitoes. The shower too small, I couldn’t even bathe and the bathroom had a fan too noisy when it was turn on. Breakfast was eggs and frozen sausages. They did have cereals, waffles, etc. I don’t eat that. The coffee wasn’t that great either. I feel I got rip off. On the second night, hotel put me some people on the second floor that made too much noise throughout the entire night. I wasn’t full rested for my job, I was doing in town, the next morning.

In my reviews I give 5 stars/circles to places that find a way to check all the important boxes... when a place is special I simply elaborate on how that place is special. There is a Clarion Inn located next door to this place that frankly, is exceptional. But this establishment, while not being IMO on the same level, is excellent. The rooms are decent, clean, staff is willing to help, and this part of town is excellent for food choices, etc.

Upon opening the door to our room there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. I turned off the AC and smell diminished. My wife wanted to do some laundry but the machines were out of order. The internet was deadly slow. Floors in the room above us very very squeaky. The person in the room above us was a pacer and it prevented us from sleeping. Room was very clean and the gentleman taking care of the breakfast was awesome. The location of this hotel was close to a Walmart and other stores which was nice. Reasonable accommodations for the price.

Our stay started on 06/20 -9/21we were in Ontario for work and it was going to be an extended stay. Our room always seemed to just feel stuffy and stale. From day one to the night we left. The hotel claims to have internet which I can assure you it does not. You’ll get any excuse from solar flares to construction. It doesn’t work and the reception in the hotel is spotty to say the least. We paid for three months consecutively in weekly payments. That were never on the say day and were always at random. Seemed whenever the manager would decide to post it. There had been multiple mornings we would wake up to our room door being open or even if we were just sitting in the room or coming out of the shower to find it being open. House keeping made an appearance to our room maybe a dozen times over our three month stay. In which they would never take out the trash or make the bed it was always one or the other. You could hear everything from our room I mean everything. The crack between the door and the wall was wide enough to see out into the hallway and felt like you have no privacy at all. For Labor Day weekend we went home (while continuing to pay for our room) and had come back to our room as we left it. Untouched by house keeping. And our fridge had been unplugged all the food we had bought had gone bad and rotted which had to be thrown out. The staff was not only extremely unprofessional but rude. They gave off personations no one wanted to be there. No one liked their job and everyone was miserable. You were never greeted with a smile or even a positive attitude. The key cards seem to never work like they are supposed to and no one seems to really know how to properly do their job or even have a means to get ahold of management to get help. After returning from work a 10 hour day our key cards couldn’t get into our room. Where all of our belongings were. We were advised the battery in the lock had died. They changed the batteries and the lock still was inoperable and nobody could fix it so we have to wait approximately 6 hours for a technician to come out and repair it. They had no master keys to let us in our room and told us there was nothing they could do and we would have to wait. After about 3 hours the hotel called us and said they put the batteries in upside down and it was working now. A few days later the lock cover had come off and the batteries were on the floor we put the batteries back in and out the cover on and proceeded to get yelled at saying we were not authorized to do that only management could. The high traffic of strung out people and troublesome folk was very unsettling. It also seems there is a small shed on the back parking lot someone might be living out of? There had been several times we would come back from dinner and there would be a party in and around this little shack loud music drinking cars running with their lights on for hours. We were treated as more of a bother to management then guests. The front desk m
