Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was better than we anticipated it would be. The “room” was well appointed with kitchenette, dining area, balcony/terrace, bathroom with laundry. Lovely spot. Very well positioned resort overlooking the ocean. Wish we were here for the “stairway”!

Management have to seriously think about developing a maintenance program if they want to keep calling this a resort. Also the food quality falls well short of what is expected. The resort has great potential with its location and great restaurant outlook. Just bring it back up to the standard we were used to the standard you charge for.

I did not know what to expect as we pulled in to the Onslow Beach Resort. It has a great location right on the peaceful bay. However the well frequented restaurant and bar area with its always friendly atmosphere set it apart. Friendly locals, staff and visitors. On Sundays they have a band which adds to the atmosphere. Be sure to try the Chef’s Nasi Goreng which you will find on the breakfast menu only! Also, the Cucumber Mocktail is superb as well and should quench any thirst. The rooms decor could do with a refresh but the rooms are super clean, well stocked and many have superb views. They have a pool as well. The aspect which made our 8 day stay really special however were the restaurant staff. All made us feel welcome, comfortable and well looked after. Congratulations to Sabrina and her very talented and hospitable crew. A huge thumbs up.

Great location next to beach. Great restaurant, good food and wait staff were excellent The room was very comfortable and bathroom equipped with both washer and dryer. Great view from private verandah.Easy access to walking paths in town.

This is a hard review, as I had 1m2 rooms. Room 225 was ok. It had an old saggy lounge that dips towards the centre & is uncomfortable, & an old bathroom & laundry. The place was clean, had all what I needed for very basic cooking/hearing up & cleaners did a basic clean every day I was here for work. The view of the pool was nice. I had a terribly LOUD snorer in the room next door & underneath i think too. So loud it was over the top of earplugs & Netflix. I could hear their tv too. Staff are very friendly & approachable. The towels ate more basic & older in this unit compared to my next unit. My ocean view unit in 231 was a nice view. It was lovely sitting out there on the patio area. The room had nicer towels, was very clean, also cleaned every day except 1. Although staff only sweep once a week, which I asked for it to be swept twice as it gets a bit dirty. It wasn't done though, even though they said they would. More importantly, I arrived home from work one day wirh the security door slightly open & the wooden door wide open with my laptop, jewellery, harddrive & belongings in full view. My dishwasher stinks & had an error code too. I notified reception of my issues. I hot a thanks for letting them know & they were going to talk with the cleaners about ensuring they look up. I thought being the expensive price wirk paid for a few weeks, they could've offered say a meal or voucher or something.

The Onslow beach resort was awesome. The room was excellent- with elevated views of the ocean. I can’t say enough about the staff - especially Dessy. When my plane was delayed she made sure I had a room and took care of me - trips to the airport and the ferry. Highly recommended

This was the most comfortable, well stocked accommodation we’ve stayed in. The beds were so comfortable, everything was spotless and the staff were so friendly. We just wished we’d stayed longer. Definitely need to eat at the restaurant, the chevice was amazing.

I stayed 3 nights My room was well presented on arrival. Very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Lovely balcony overlooking beach and ocean. The bathroom looked tired and was not attended to carefully enough by daily service in the morning. Very nice restaurant, a bit pricey.
