I bought a family package for 2 adults and 2 children with access to the spa and dinner included. Check-in only takes place from 3 pm onwards. I did not receive any more specific information about the hotel. I checked in at around 5pm and was informed that children only have access to the pool from 1pm and last entry at 4:30pm, so they could no longer go to the pool. The receptionist was extremely unpleasant. There was a serious communication failure at the hotel because I purchased a package with access to the pool that was not possible. Fortunately, the receptionist who was there at night was not the same and was very understanding of the situation and allowed us to enjoy the spa as a family the following day between 1 and 2:30 pm.

El hotel es de ensueño, tanto su entorno, ubicación, desayuno, habitaciones, limpieza y spa. Quedamos francamente contentos de todo en general salvo una pequeña cosa que considero necesario que se mejore: vimos que nos habían puesto una cama de 1,35 pese a ser dos adultos y un niño de 4 años. Lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que era así, por ser el niño gratis. Me hubiera gustado una solución alternativa pues, por ejemplo, que aportando X cantidad económica nos podían poner una cama supletoria pero no nos dieron alternativa ninguna. Simplemente eso. Por lo demás, recomendable 100%.

Estuve hace años y era un lugar tranquilo, nuevo y que merecía lo que pagabas. Ahora está masificado, las habitaciones no se reforman desde hace mínimo 10 años, no parece un hotel de 4 estrellas, desayuno bastante básico, y la cena (no la hemos cogido) bastante cara (hemos cenado en un bar de enfrente por la mitad y bien rico). Lo único bueno del hotel que está bonito y el personal. El restante es bastante caro para lo que es ... Han subido el precio sin merecerlo. NO VOLVERÍA.

Fantástica. Conozco muchos Spas y este ha sido uno de los más estupendos por la relación calidad/precio. Bonita decoración, limpieza de las instalaciones, vestuario muy bien, taquillas correctas y la antención de Rubén, impecable y cariñosa, muy amable y cordial. Las instalaciones, sin ser de un nivel sublime,son perfectas para lo que se pretende, funcionando perfectamente, cuidadas y agradables. Para volver.

La habitación muy bien, salvo una cosa importante ,en la calle 20 grados, en la habitación al menos 26, dormir en octubre sin pijama y tirados encima de la cama, no es normal, claro la planta de abajo es donde esta el Spa, si no, no encuentro otra explicación; el desayuno normal un aprobado sin mas y el Spa lo mejor

El hotel esta bien. Es la cuarta vez que estamos en pareja. La primera vez fue cuando estaban con el spa en construcción y muy bien.(hace unos 15añis) El año siguiente hicimos una parada cuando volvíamos de Galicia y fue maravilloso. Todo era maravilloso sobre todo la tranquilidad del spa y cuando estuvimos en el pistina flotariun fue maravilloso. Hace unos cuatro años volvimos y ya no avia esa tranquilidad en el spa pero no estaba tan masificada como esta vez que fuimos que era una pasada todo el barullo y tanta jente que avia. Eso no es un spa es una piscina con chorros y burbujas. Los desayunos ya no son lo que eran y las 2 últimas veces tampoco hemos comido en el restaurante porque no nos llamaba. La última vez fue un regalo y fuimos con ilusión pero tengo que decir que no es para una escapada en pareja. Ya no es lo que era. Un saludo
