We only live 10 minutes from the hotel but wanted to go use the pool so we booked the night. After arriving and checking in, I asked about the pool hours and was told it was closed for a couple of months. I was very disappointed as this was the only reason we booked for the night. I asked about a refund and was told I had to go through the booking site, I was also charged an additional $48 which is ridiculous

The hotel is clean but a bit run down. The service was excellent location is great. The breakfast was decent. The room was large and clean.
