On the map, this hotel is very well located. Buses (including airport buses) and trams stops directly in front of the hotel. In practice, however, you need to use a foot bridge with only stairs to access the trams. If you are travelling with large luggage or have accessibility issues, it won't be so convenient. The hotel is (barely) within walking distance from Nagasaki Train Station, but there's no restaurant really close by. There's a convenience store located right on the first floor though. The hotel had an impressively large, old school styled lobby. The staff were really nice and professional even by Japanese standard. The public space met my expectation for a 4 start hotel. The room was huge for the price, and that was probably the best thing about the hotel. The interior was not fancy, and I saw many comments complaining the hotel being ”too old”. But personally, I found it work pretty well. The price was really good for the room size, and it did not feel as worn-out as some comments suggested. The general look and feel was slightly different from most Japanese hotels probably because it was previously ran by an international hotel chain. There were, however, some obvious issues about the room. I was able to hear my neighbor talking, which is something I don't expect from a 4 star hotel in Japan. There was some mysterious stomping sound in early morning every day. The card reader on the wall contained a powerful blue light that turns the whole room blue when all the lights turned off. If you like trains, the hotel has good view to trains getting in and out of Nagasaki station. You will hear them a bit but they don't run very frequently. The breakfast was offered on the top floor of the hotel, and the view was fantastic. The food quality was pretty good for the price, with lots of local specialties on the menu. I will recommend it. Overall there were lots of things to like about the hotel, but the soundproofing was really below standard for Japan, and my sleep quality wasn't that good. Which is why I only give it 3 stars. For those who are generally not bothered by noises or lights when sleeping, I think this hotel still worth a serious consideration for its value.

It was a quiet place in front of the station, the staff were kind, and the breakfast was individually packaged because it was a corona disaster, but it was very delicious. The room was also sealed and it was warm without heating. Because it was in front of the station, I was able to shop and eat easily. The transportation was good and I was surprised at the number of buses, but it was a convenient hotel because it was not written on the signboard such as where to go, so it was difficult to find it, or it was easy to go to the sightseeing spot. There were many shops in Nagasaki Station, such as various seafood and souvenirs. It's a hotel you want to use again.
Situated across from Dejima Messe Nagasaki, we’re next to Nagasaki Station and a three-minute walk from Amu Plaza Shopping Center. We offer guest rooms, suites, and Executive rooms as well as three onsite restaurants, a Lobby Lounge and Chapel overlooking Mt. Inasayama. We also have a hot baths and fitness facility, along with dry saunas. Our central location and 401 sq. m. of event space makes us the perfect spot for meeting or event.

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

I stayed in the ”Premium Balcony Twin” on the top floor (13th floor) for one night from Sunday, April 28th. The hotel just opened on January 16th this year, so the whole place is very clean, and the objects displayed everywhere are casually neat, but very highly designed. [About the rooms] The biggest feature of the rooms is the balcony. When you go out onto the balcony, you can feel the pleasant breeze, and you can see the hilly streets typical of Nagasaki, the mountain on the opposite side of Mount Inasa, and the Nagasaki Port with many ships passing by on the left, which was very refreshing. The room is a spacious 36m2, with a comfortable bed, a large walk-in closet, and the power system is equipped with the latest facilities. You can also enjoy Youtube and Netflix on the large screen hanging on the wall. The bathroom is also spacious and well equipped with a narrow but long bathtub, rain shower, hand shower, and other facilities, and the layout is straight from the balcony of the room, so the whole room feels very spacious. [About the Club Lounge] The hotel's club lounge, the M Club Lounge, is located on the top floor (13th floor), and its appeal is that it is open 24 hours a day. The sofas are spaced apart in the lounge, which is larger than I expected. During cocktail time and coordinated time from 4pm to 9pm, alcohol, cocktail food, and sweets are available, and the quality is quite high. It was a long weekend day, so the lounge was busy, but it didn't feel as cramped as I expected. [About Breakfast] Breakfast was served in a Japanese and Western buffet style at Harbella on the 7th floor, where the reception is located. The food was reasonably high quality, and local foods such as Goto udon and Nagasaki sara udon were also available. However, the main dish, which used to be made to order, was now available at the egg station in the buffet area, and I didn't think it was worth the price of 5,500 yen. [About the staff service] This left a good impression. Especially in lounges and other places where manual, formal, and reserved service is common these days, I liked the way the young staff actively tried to communicate with guests. [Points of concern] I would like to see additional recreational facilities such as a pool or spa. If this is difficult given the location, I would like the hotel to expand its services as a city resort, such as by organizing original sightseeing tours. I feel that as the hotel ages and guests tire of it, it will become a high-end terminal hotel mainly for business and banquets. One more thing I would like is for the route to be made clearer for those arriving by car. Unless there is at least an area reserved for guests in the Amu Plaza car park, it will be very difficult to park when it is busy.

I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby. I knew the cold and the full content of the hotel, so I decided by the amount presented by the hotel. The elevator is rare in a business hotel and 3,4 units. Security is also safe to push the card key and the accommodation floor. On the first floor, there is a convenience store (which can be entered and left by hotel key), and the hotel original snack is prepared at night, and the hot bath facilities are also complete with inner bath, open-air bath and sauna. Both can be selected because there is a shower room in the room. It is good to go with a feeling like a hiding hotel because it is located one step away from the street. It is recommended to enjoy the night view and the emotion of Nagasaki depending on the place.

Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Easy registration and check out. Customer service pretty good. Also location is superb, near eateries and shops, very useful. However, to be frank, we find the car parking a bit stressful because you have to drive into a narrow lift. Well, the hotel is in the middle of the city so car parking space is very limited.

First time Nagasaki. This hotel I chose without any land insight. I was a little worried that it would be noisy when it was in Chinatown, but the result was a great answer. It is not noisy, and the location is great anyway. It was a plan that packed sightseeing in Nagasaki City, so it is no exaggeration to say that it is very convenient to be in this Chinatown and the trip has become smooth. I was able to move easily at all times because I had my luggage kept before and after check-in. The front desk is on the upper floor, and there are amenities there and you can bring what you need. The bath in the room is small because it is a unit bath, but there is a large communal bath, so it is recommended to use it. It was raining, but I also entered the open air because it was a big deal. Check out only puts the key in the box. The only thing I was worried about was that there was amenities in front of the front desk. Even if it is still at check-in, I wonder if I can feel a little nervous to go after taking a bath, for example. Overall I am satisfied.

I just got off the airport shuttle and it took me about ten minutes to find the hotel (the location was not easy to find). When I arrived, I realized that it was facing the main restaurant in Chinatown. The front desk is on the third floor, and the service is friendly and professional. The size of the room was okay. I didn't notice that I had to get the bath towel from the room first when I was taking a bath in the hot spring. There weren't many attached in the bathhouse. The hot spring temperature is not high, it is probably an artificial hot spring. Starting at 9:30 in the evening, there is a free half bowl of ramen, which tastes so-so. I was looking forward to breakfast the next morning. I thought there would be Chinese breakfast dishes, but ended up with a few Chinese dishes. I hope the hotel can improve this more

GGuest UserThere were two places in the main building and annex, and this time I was guided at the annex.
The annex is located on the back side of Kobe Doramen, so I think you can probably know if you are directly from Nagasaki Airport.
I tried to borrow WiFi for use, but it seems that it is only placed in the main building, and there was a thing that the ID and the pass were not able to be used because it was written.
GGuest UserI was looking for a hotel by the airport, and it was 1500 yen even by taxi from Nagasaki Airport 3.2 km. The next morning I walked to the airport, but I was able to walk in about 40 minutes, and I walked slowly to the airport on the bridge over Omura Bay, and it was very comfortable.
GGuest UserBecause of the sister building of ”Omura Station Hotel”, it is named ”Nagasaki Airport” after the name. It is a station hotel, but Omura station is far from Chi. It is not in the airport island, but it is called ”Nagasaki Airport” 々 halfway. Is it a burden to pay more than 1000 yen by taxi? Is it a small student who thinks that there is a hotel for travelers in the airport island? There are dumpling shops and convenience stores around, can you stand it if you think it is a transfer? ?
JjoyceinoI booked a double room. The room is large in Japan. The sink is outside the toilet. The hand sanitizer is pola. It tastes good. Because there is a small bathing place on the top floor, I have not taken a shower in the room for two days. The place where the bath is made is L’Occitane and Pola products. It’s very close to Nagasaki Airport. It costs about 1100 to cross the sea. The taxi fare is about 1100. It is far away from JR Omura Station. It is about 660. The front desk can help to call for a taxi. After 12 at night After ordering, you have to swipe your door card to enter the hotel. There are Uniqlo and trial nearby (not exempt, but the price is cheaper than duty-free, it is still a 24-hour hypermarket, about the size of Metro, and medicines are available at 9:00-22:00) , Don Quixote, and the delicious barbecue restaurant Qingxiangyuan, if you don’t buy a big brand, this place is very cost-effective, consider going again next time
GGuest UserThe facilities are a little sieve, but you can spend quite comfortable. I'm worried that there was a little floor, but I don't think it's a problem considering the price. It was more comfortable than expected, so I can recommend it.
PPioneer322243There is a restaurant in front of you, a supermarket in 2 minutes walk, and it is very convenient. Not a new hotel, but clean, shampoo can be selected and I was able to spend it relaxing. The breakfast was also full of small bowls, and it was good to have vegetables that tend to be insufficient during business trips.
GGuest UserI was able to slow down in a pleasant room. After checking out, I was able to keep my luggage well for the time to the flight.
Breakfast was also a small child, so I am grateful for the setting that we can enjoy eating so that we don't bother others.
One service decreased was that the information that dinner was not booked until 2 days ago was not stopped at HP or reservation site.
I was thinking of eating in the hotel, so I was ready to eat if I knew it.
But I was able to teach you delicious restaurants nearby, and there was no inconvenience. I want to stay again.
