If you drive yourself, it is highly recommended. If you take public transportation, it is a little inconvenient. Because the hotel does not have a shuttle bus now. The surrounding walking distance is relatively desolate, and there is no hot spring street to visit. You can't ski in the summer, it is purely a quiet vacation. Breakfast and dinner are OK. The activities are eating buns in the afternoon and drinking sake in the evening. It will be a bit awkward if you don't speak Japanese.

Come to Hakuba to ski, this should be the hotel with the best accommodation conditions in the area. The service is very good, considerate and thoughtful. The room is spacious and comfortable, and you can also see the snow-capped mountains. There is a hot spring in the house, which is very friendly to people who are embarrassed by public baths. (But I highly recommend this large bath, which is very comfortable to take a bath facing the snow-capped mountains in the early morning) The meals are also rich. I stayed for four nights and every day was different. The hotel can make an appointment for the bus to Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort, reserve seats, and there is also a special drying room to store ski equipment, which is very convenient. I especially like the ground stove area, which provides grilled wild vegetable meatballs, hot sake, and red bean soup every day. It’s warm to eat by the ground stove on snowy days, which is great! Recommended!

The service and environment are good. The only drawback is that the food is a bit average.

Overall good. Although it is not as luxurious as expected, the service is very attentive and thoughtful, and the food has room for improvement (tempura mashed potatoes and imo are not delicious)

Environment: Surrounded by mountains, the scenery is breathtaking. We mainly come here for skiing. It’s not too comfortable to soak in a hot spring after skiing. There is a special car to the ski resort, but we rented our own car, which is half an hour's drive from Happone. Hygiene: very clean Service: Our car broke down on the day we left. A beautiful lady at the hotel was very enthusiastic to help us solve the problem. She accompanied us throughout the process to call the car rental company and try various methods until the problem was solved. It took about 2 days. hours, which delayed her working time. When I left, I wanted to say thank you. She was already doing housekeeping, but unfortunately I didn't even ask her name. It is said that it is not the most high-end chain of Hoshino Resorts Group, but the service is super five-star. Most of the employees don't speak English very well, but they all try to communicate patiently and have translation software, so I don't think it's a problem. Various other details are meticulous. Very stunning. This is my first time staying at Jiejie, and I’m already thinking about going there next time!

Satisfactory service, comfortable hot springs, the only thing is that the hotel does not provide lunch if there are no activities arranged. You can take a bus to Shinano Omachi to go shopping and eat delicious tempura and pork cutlet rice. The hotel waiters will also be interested in asking how lunch was handled.

The various farmhouse experiences are so interesting, the room design is also great, the service is attentive, and I am very satisfied👍
