Hotel Karbel Sun

1.the internet can't connect because room far from router😂 2.Women reception no help 3.I stay 3 days but housekeeper didn't clean my room after I come back at . 6:00 p.m. then I called to the reception she didn't want to change my room but it dirty. 4.If you stay more1 day they will give you water only first day reception said after I ask her for water.

First off the rooms are not what they look like on the website. Well at least ours wasn't. I did ask the guy who showed us the room about this but he just looked puzzled to what I was talking about. Maybe a language barrier. We were in room 513 which was kind of a loft room. I had to duck down to enter the room due to the triangle shape, which I often forgot when coming in from a night out in the dark. Also had to duck to get in the shower or access the bed or wardrobe. I wish I would have asked to change room when we were first checked in but it was late and I thought I'd manage. The hotel is in a good location and the pool area seemed nice. The breakfast was very basic, cheese, bread and ham mainly but they did cook some eggs fresh every morning which was good. To be honest we were out every day and night so weren't too bothered about the hotel as we only slept there and had breakfast there. On the last day of the holiday me and my partner noticed some red dots appearing on our bodies. We presumed we had been bit by a Mozzies but these bites kept coming and by the end of the day we were itching constantly these carried out coming out gradually for about a week. They were bed bug bites! I contacted Love Holidays to complain but mainly to ensure they look into room 513 as it will probably happen to the next people there! They were uninterested. So if you do decide to risk it just make sure you are not in room 513!!

Still here now. Room which we have been given is Not advertised on website (512) Dark, holes in curtains. Holiday been booked for a year on the basis of website. If we would have seen the room we have been given would Not have booked. Spoken to love holidays rep, in person and spoke to them on chat. Spoken to reception. Emailed hotel. Second day heard nothing. Everything thing else is good. The 1 on rating is for the room. Everything else would be a 4

Had a fantastic 10 day break, the hotel is lovely and kept really clean and the gardens are also well looked after, the pool area is also very nice and also kept clean and tidy, although you do need to get up early to get a sun bed. The staff are great and extremely welcoming and helpful. It is situated at the top of the main *****, but far enough away to be reasonably quiet in the evenings and only a five minute walk down to the main area of shops, restaurants and bars. The food is good quality and freshly cooked to order. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

Am still there now hotel is lovely room spotlass staff very helpful breakfast is really nice loads to choose from can't fault it easy access to the ***** close to the beach shops are close everyone is nice restaurants are close food looks good

Had a lovely 10 days at the Karbelsun Hotel located at the top of the ***** away from all the night life. Stayed in a Classic room with whirlpool bath in the secluded garden-patio. Lovely and clean all staff were very pleasant and attentive. Food was excellent especially the evening meal which was excellently presented. Pool area was fantastic although we did need to get up early as did everyone to put towels out. Would definitely recommend this place enjoy your stay as did we.

Nice hotel itself, very clean and pool area nice apart from very hard to get a sunbed. It's supposed to open at 8 to put towels down but when we went down at 7.15 to put down towels there was no beds left! People get up in the middle of the night to put towels down. Staff in the bar area are lovely😊 lunch/tea is very nice! Breakfast is 6/10 omelettes nice, the rest of just basic not my type of breakfast (salads, cheese, few meats, cheap cereal) staff on reception very rude and feel like your bothering them when you ask a simple question and get basic answers back with a rude tone. Cleaners are lovely,asked how our stay was and have a safe trip home. Nothing like reception staff just took our key and that was it! Arrived around 1am to be greeted by a porter that carried our cases which was nice.
