O Hotel tem uma boa estrutura. Os pontos fortes são as ótimas piscinas com água quente e o restaurante. As piscinas são muito bonitas e ficam abertas até as 22h. O restaurante oferece um ótimo café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados.
Os pontos fracos são os elevadores e o transfer para o parque aquático. Os elevadores são apenas 2 e parecem não contar com sistema inteligente, causando um sufoco nas horas de maiores movimentos. O transfer é um ônibus urbano. Se precisar esperar por ele no parque, ficará ao tempo ( no sol). Às vezes pode ser melhor retirar o carro do estacionamento.
