perfect service, valet parking for no extra charge, nice huge rooms, got an upgrade to ocean view room, the only negative part was the mattress (very firm), but we got a topper the next day and were fine anew, wonderful breakfast with egg menu, got a very relaxing massage in the spa, loved the indoor pool, outside pool was not heated in January (to few clients), that was our 3rd stay and we always loved the hotel

Clean, beautiful, immense resort property with friendly staff. Fully equipped for spa, wellness and beach activities. I counted 5 swimming pools, 4 restaurants, an excellent hotel gym with a rarity: pull up bars! I would definitely stay here again.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est sympa. Le personnel est très très gentil. Surtout à la réception. Toujours souriants et disponibles. Les chambres : sont très propres. La literie est , à mon goût, trop dur, mais ils disposent de surmatelas sur demande, qui sont très confortables, et qui améliorent grandement le confort si besoin. Également un choix d'oreillers. Les piscines sont agréables. Une est chauffée. Les repas : petit déjeuner top. Dîner sous forme de buffet. Les viandes et poissons sont très biens cuisinés, en direct. Les accompagnements : en buffet. Dans l'ensemble c'était pas mal. Même si j'ai déjà eu mieux ailleurs. Même dans des 4* en Indonésie. Donc bien, mais peut faire mieux pour un 5*, surtout la partie buffet chaud des plats. Seule remarque "négative" : Dans la plupart des hôtels 5* qu'on a fait, on a à la piscine, un petit cocktail offert la journée, ou thé glacé maison. Une petite attention, qui laisse toujours sur une bonne note. Également un cocktail de bienvenue lors du check in. Ici rien. Pour cette catégorie d'hôtel, ça serait bien de revoir ces 2 / 3 points. C'est pas grand chose je trouve, mais ça fait la petite différence. Le séjour était tout de même très agréable. L'hôtel est très calme.

O Staff é excelente. Desde a chega ate ao momento de sair, notei sempre, que havia por parte do staff, um cuidado enorme para com todos os hospedes e para que nada falhasse. Os pormenores, a disponibilidade, o profissionalismo e a simpatia em todos. Uma referencia sem duvida.

An absolutely gorgeous property. One could not ask for a more beautiful hotel. It does require some walking to get to the the stunning beach access down among the cliffs but the wooden stairs are built just perfectly and not too steep. You will be awe struck. Huge shout out To : Bruno concierge, Benjamin, Beach Attendant, Paulo Front desk and my wonderful personal trainer; Guillerme' in the Spa/ fitness center. This place is extraordinary on every level. Epic Sana is a special place with very special people (vsp) tucked in all around. You might find one of these VSPs tucked into the maintenance crew, or restaurant or spa staff or behind the reception counter. These are the people who connect with people, make you feel welcome and at home. Happy and safe. Epic Sana is a peaceful and beautiful place. You’ll love it.

This hotel really paid attention to detail. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a more equipped hotel room. It was huge, it has everything you could want. I stayed for 4 nights in a suite. The pools were immaculate, so clean everywhere you went. Also fairly quiet and relaxing, not busy and no one reserving sun beds which was really nice to see. Beach was a 2 minute walk down the steps near the hotel. You can reserve a sun-bed via the hotel but it is 50€!!!! The food was good, breakfast was great. I was a little surprised to find half board was actually breakfast and lunch which I didn’t want. Buffet dinner was 45€ which felt was overpriced. All in all a lovely hotel, it’s expensive but I feel the facilities reflected that.

Quiet upscale hotel with access to beautiful beach. Comfortable beds, nice Pools, best buffet breakfast that is included in price. Very relaxing but car is necessary and not much to do in the nearby area. Ended up driving into the town of Albufeira or through it every day to see attractions and other towns
