Tru by Hilton Oklahoma City Airport

Pretty gross. The linens on the beds were not changed from the night before--the sheets had clearly been slept in and there were hairs on them. Also the room smelled like someone had been sleeping in there. On the plus side, the guy at the front desk was super nice. Otherwise, this place was not up to Hilton standards! Basically a two star cheap hotel.

First greeted by Danielle, she was very friendly and helpful. Ty for the early c/in. Was here 2 ngts. Loved it. Great location for everything in the area. The room was comfortable and the bed was great. Excellent Breakfast, has eggs/sausage hot other items also impressed 👍. It has a nice workout room. Also a pool table in the lobby. * I highly recommend this property*

The room was clean, Staff was awesome, parking was good, We did not have to turn on the air conditioner nor the heater, the room temperature was just fine.

I booked this hotel based on the Hilton brand, so I was expecting a positive and comfortable stay. The hotel looks nice from the outside, and I will say the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff also did a wonderful job, and the hotel overall was very clean. I especially appreciated the free breakfast—it was convenient and a great perk. Unfortunately, the room itself was a major disappointment. It felt extremely small, almost like a playroom rather than a proper hotel room. The mattress was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The TV was also outdated, with only certain channels working, and it was not a smart TV, so I couldn’t log into any streaming apps to watch my own content. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. The walls are extremely thin. I could clearly hear my neighbors through the wall, including very private moments. This wasn’t their fault—it’s simply a result of poor insulation and cheap construction. It made the stay uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience. While I appreciated the cleanliness, friendly staff, and breakfast, the uncomfortable bed, small room, outdated TV, and lack of privacy mean I won’t be booking this hotel again. I’ll be returning to the area next month, but I will choose a different property.

The place was very clean. Room service cleaned the room daily which was good. Some places don’t clean the room unless you request them to do so. The walls are thin. One time, I thought someone opened my door but I realized that was next door

Very clean and quiet property. Grateful for the free shuttle since I am a truck driver here because truck was getting serviced. Hotel provided us transportation to and from the repair facility.

It was great… Body Wash dispenser was empty upon arrival…mentioned it to the staff and was replaced within minutes…breakfast was good as well as the variety of options…treadmills were operational and clean!! Bravo!!

HEAT DID NOT WORK AND IT WAS 23 DEGREES OUTSIDE. They offered to move us at 9pm when we realized it was not working. It was too late for us to move. Temp in the room was 65 degrees.
