The interior of the room is clean. Only one thing was that it took too long to get hot water in ｼｬﾜｰ.

Quiet & super clean…well organized

As I booked fairly early, I got an excellent deal. It was well worth it. The location wasn't too difficult to find, especially if you do your homework on Google Map. The staff, as expected, was very friendly and helpful. I didn't find one who spoke English but they still tried their best to communicate. There was plenty of parking on the lower floors of the hotel with elevator access to the other floors. The size of the room was good and bigger than the average Japanese hotel rooms. The major disappointment was the setups in the room. There was no closet, dresser or even hooks on the wall for clothing. The toilet and the bath area were separated as normal for many Japanese hotels. However, they were separated far enough and that the toilet area has no soap or even place to put soap that made it a little inconvenient. We were given only one keycard at first, which was not good but accepted. But what we didn't realize was that even the mini-frig in the room was connected to this power grid. That's something I have never seen in any of the hotels I stayed in before. In other words, when we leave the room and took the keycard with us, everything we put in the mini-frig became warm. The free breakfast was good but the restaurant was toward the small size. It doesn't have to be full to get quite crowded with limited space to move about. Overall, it was okay.

Good location and hygiene. Unfortunately, the hotel car park was full when I arrived. The front desk staff offered a free room upgrade which I considered as a compensation. If you don’t have special requests on accommodation, this hotel will be a suitable option.

I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. I can hear people's voices from inside. I was surprised to see the cleaner 々. Isn't it an upgrade or a staff reception mistake? I was convinced. The view is not good if it is a family room. I would like to review the system at check-in and review the education of the staff.

the place is not very convenient, however, if you're driving, it wouldn't be a big issue. There's a convenience store on the ground floor but it closes very early. They're charging 1500 yen per day for parking the reception is located on the 9/F and the check-in is over the machine by scanning the travel documents. The view is very nice and the room is pretty clean but i wouldn't say that it's kids friendly or really suitable for family trip with young kids

It was really hot when we first arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel had given us two vouchers to redeem welcome drinks. It was impressive that there is a wide range of choices regarding the drink. During the check in process, everything went pretty smooth. A big shout out to ms honoka ishiji, who is very welcoming and greeted us with a wonderful smile. She had recommended us a few restaurants around the hotel. We ended up picking the japanese-italian restaurant, which was awesome! We got a room with sea view and pool view. The view's nice and so as the room, really cozy and that made me feel like home (though the style of bedsheet and the pillocase is pretty outdated, but thats fine). Btw, the breakfast is definitely a must-try item in this hotel. Do remember to pick a window seat, so that you can enjoy your meal with the splendid sea view. All in all, that was a pretty good stay, and I think I will be visiting again very soon.

I have been to Naha once every three months since I got a diving license in Naha. Matsuyama is a small version of Kabuki town in Tokyo, but it is a cheap steak shop and restaurant, and I am a woman, so I return to the hotel at 20 o'clock, but it is a good hotel that can be convinced by my uncle who likes to play at night. Especially this time, it is a single woman traveling single, so the hotel side also took care of it, and chose a good high floor because of the view. It was a plan to receive women's amenities. This hotel is very cheap, I didn't report any hope, but it was amazing, this price is really worth it, the size is very good for me! I booked a smoking room and I hope to be non-smoking. I didn't expect the hotel to arrange a non-smoking room and it was very quiet. This price is very like, the hotel is very clean! This hotel is legal in Okinawa Drink Street, in Japan, it has no impact on me, it is quiet and clean service! It's great without a large number of tour groups, basically business travel, much happier than a bunch of tour groups!

this is a 24hrs drink corner, each floor have there own water dispenser which are both nice. Hotel locations are close to bus terminal and railway station. Also there are convenience stores downstairs which is the most important.
