Therefore, you can only contact the hotel through trip customer service to obtain relevant information. The hotel also told us that we did not check in at their platform in advance, which caused difficulties in check-in. However, we did not receive any emails/information before check-in. The platform has no direct contact method other than calling. The entire check-in process was not possible because we only purchased roaming. It's really frustrating that it's difficult to check in despite calling. The entire hotel is self-service. There is no counter or cleaners to ask for information. The hotel is on a very steep slope, so be careful with the chassis of the car as it may be scratched. Be careful when renting a car! The room is large but the lighting is dim and the facilities are old. Choose carefully.

There were only four cars when we checked in, including ours. If we don't drive by ourselves, transportation will be a bit inconvenient. 2. The location is halfway up the mountain. There are many motels or daily rental suites nearby. I don’t know why it feels very empty. I don’t feel very comfortable due to safety concerns. 3. The environment of the room is similar to the photo. The room is very large. The baby is very happy running around, but he is also very happy and sad and keeps bumping into him. The lighting in the room is dim and I personally feel the visibility is poor. The remote control is super insensitive and difficult to switch or turn off. 4. No one will come to clean up the trash during your stay. You have to find a way by yourself or leave it until check-out. 5. All basic spare parts are available. The room is located at the highest point, so it is convenient to open the window to watch the sunrise or sunset.

The hotel is located on a mountain and is difficult to find. It is recommended that you book it on your own. Because I did not receive the self-check-in procedure from the landlord before checking in, I was unable to enter the building at the gate. Since check-in was all self-service, there was no staff. Fortunately, trip.com helped to find the landlord. After successfully checking in, Surprises come one after another. The corridor is very atmospheric and the room is very large. It has a massage chair, a hydromassage bathtub and a sauna room. It adds a lot of color to our journey.
