Okayama Hotels with Wi-Fi

Is a pretty hotel next to the JR station. Also next to a big shopping mall Aeon. On Sunday, a gentleman played piano in the lobby, really lovely. Most of the room has nice view and reasonable size from Japan standard. The only negative feeling about the hotel is the restaurants. Before I rush to take the train on Sunday, I wish to go to the buffet restaurant. The waiter at the counter just informed me in a very rude manner the restaurant is fully booked. Same as the manager of the restaurant. This is different from most of the hotel which always try to accommodate their hotel guest. I am Diamond member of Cathay Pacific airline for 20 years. Spending a lot of time in hotel each year. I have to say I feel extremely sorry for what happened. As the front desk staffs of this hotel is excellent. Same as the hotel set up is so good. But the manner of the waiter/ manager of the restaurant did spoil the feeling of the guest tremendously.

Three railway stations between the JR Okayama, this hotel locates in a quiet zone near by the Okayama castle. As most kinds of business hotels, digital and automatic protocols run smoothly. There are also some good and small restaurants in the nearby community and even a local shopping street. This is the cheapest hotel I ever lived during travel but still have relatively good quality.

Close to JR and Aeon mall so no worry about transport, dining and shopping. Public bath little bit crowded when six persons already fully occupied the indoor bath. Also the bedside lamp quite odd in term of size and flexibility to move aside.

Every time I come to Okayama, I choose a hotel that is close to the station and convenient for Shinkansen travel. Okayama Airport now has more flights to Shanghai, and the airport bus station is directly opposite the hotel, which is also very convenient. The room window has a view of Okayama City. The room is spacious and has a small sofa. Breakfast is also rich and healthy The Chinese service at the front desk is considerate and enthusiastic.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, great location, just two minutes walk from Okayama, just in Okayama Ekimae shopping street, next to the big country drugstore, the new shopping center ICOTNICOT (茑屋书店).

I am very satisfied. It is my first time to stay in this kind of cabin. Compared with most capsule hotels, it is not a bunk bed, but a separate room. There is only no toilet and the door is a pull-and-close type. The space and privacy are very good. The shared dressing, toilet and shower area are very clean and there are very few people. You often don't see anyone. There is also a large bath upstairs. The male and female baths are exchanged every day. One of them has an outdoor bath. I stayed for two nights and took a bath every morning and evening to relieve fatigue. The location of the hotel is also very good. You can walk from Okayama Station to the shopping street in front of the station. Even if it rains, you will basically not get wet. You can reach the hotel in a few minutes. In short, this price is almost a perfect choice.

Staff in this hotel we’re very eager to please guests. The list of amenities offered ranged from herbal tea to an offer to provide a softer mattress if it was needed. I did not need it. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. Well prepared. I recommend not going to breakfast in the last 45 minutes of the window, because there were fewer choices then.. The location is excellent. It was walking distance to the hotel, and to the Korakuen Garden and Castle.

　I almost missed breakfast on Sunday morning. At the time of check-in, you can see the photo and it is a set menu, so only the explanation is that you can choose from these 5 types on the day. Understand that it is ”set menu only”. Even though it is a business hotel in front of the station, Sunday starts at 7 o'clock 30 minutes later than weekdays. It seems to be entrusted to the tavern on the same floor as the front desk, and even if it is explained, the location is not clear, and it cannot be seen from the front desk. When I left the hotel at 7:30 and headed for the store, there was a person in the chair in front of me. However, there is no tag saying that you are waiting, so when you say breakfast in the store, you will say, ”Please wait in front.” When you try to write the name, there is no such thing. However, it seems that you should sit in the corridor and wait until the order comes. I heard that I took out, but I didn't. I have to leave for work, but this will miss eating breakfast ... When I returned to the front desk and explained the situation to the hotel staff, the hotel did not know the situation at all. I'll go to the breakfast shop together and listen to the situation. Finally, the first people started to leave, and luckily, the previous people were all group guests, so I sat at about 8:45. When I entered, the set was only the main, and a little buffet was added. Moreover, it is understood that only up to 8 people (groups) can enter the store in the form of a private room izakaya. With this, there is a great possibility that I couldn't enter the store even if I waited forever, and I think it is disqualified as breakfast at a business hotel. Don't throw the hotel round, understand what the situation is and improve it.

Is right at night spot area about 7-10 minutes walk from the JR station. Good for people wish to stay late. Front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Can’t ask for more for this price. A definite choice for limited budget guest. Even with a bath tub 👍

We used it for business. The front desk was empty around ２１ when we arrived. It is a little difficult to understand the entrance, but you will go up to ２ floor by elevator. (The entrance is closed at ２４, and then a card key is required) The elevator will always stop once on the ２ floor when you go up or down. Room clothes are not prepared in the room, so they are taken out of the locker equipped near the front desk. The room was highly confidential and the noise outside was blocked. There was also a humidifier, so there seems to be no worry about drying.
