Fantastische kamer en badkamer, erg netjes, Goede bedden. Ontbijt uitgebreid. Personeel zowel aan de receptie als in het restaurant erg vriendelijk en attent. Toen we naar de fietsenstalling gingen, stond er personeel (waarschijnlijk uit de keuken) buiten, die meteen zagen waar we naar op zoek waren; zij wezen ons de weg. Al met al hele leuke minivakantie voor ons.

L'hôtel est cosy, confortable et propre avec une belle terrasse au soleil dans un vaste domaine boisé. Le personnel est très attentionné. Belles balades à vélo ou à pied dans une superbe région de landes, de tourbières et de dunes. Spa très complet. Restaurant à recommander vivement.

WE DID NOT GET WHAT WE BOOKED We booked 2 rooms for 2 people for 2 nights for 815euro with specific request for air-conditioning. Upon arrival it became clear that none of the rooms had a working airco, temp. was 29°C in the room! The receptionist did his best to fix the problem but only with a partial solution. One room got a mobile airco but was filled with bugs very soon because of the pipe that had to go through the window. The second room got it's airco fixed (for only 1 night) but the machine was of such poor quality that the temp. never dropped more than 3°C and the second night it collapsed. As a result, our second night was horrible: 1 room filled with bugs, the other without airco because the machine was broken again. After discussing this with the hotel, they only offered us a reduction for a new booking. It is clear that we do not want to book here anymore, so that was it. We never got a full solution for the airco, neither a refund and all this for a booking with 1 specific request. It's a shame ! After 8years, we won't be booking here again.

Een mooi hotel in een prachtige omgeving. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van prima bedden, een zithoek en koffie- theefaciliteiten. In de badkamer met twee wasbakken waren zeepdispencers. Er was ruimte voldoende voor je spullen. Er hadden alleen wel wat meer hangertjes in de kast gemogen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker.

De kamer was niet schoon. Onder bed lagen nog dropjes van vorige gasten en het ventilatierooster in douche was echt smerig. Ik had van te voren voorkeur vegan opgegeven. Nog gecheckt bij inchecken en werd bevestigd maar er was niks. Bij uitchecken kreeg ik melding dat er buffet wascen er missvhoen toch iets was geweest wat ik at. Ongehoord!

Ruime en schone kamer. Mag iets moderner. Bedden zijn prima. Vriendelijk personeel bij receptie en bij ontbijt, goed ontbijtbuffet, ruime keus in brood soorten. Prachtige locatie. Badkamer enigszins gedateerd (bad in douche) Gratis parkeren.

Der Wellnessbereich war schmutzig. Offensichtlich wurde von Samstag bis Montag (wir waren täglich schwimmen) nicht ein einziges mal der Boden gewischt. Der Schmutz vom Samstag lag auch noch am Montag rum. Wir wollten im Restaurant essen. Ca. 20:15 Uhr sind wir eingetroffen. Die Bestellung wurde um 20:31 Uhr aufgenommen. Die Servicekraft kam nach einer Weile zurück und sagt die Küche wäre geschlossen?! Diese schließt um 20:30 Uhr, aber wir waren rechtzeitig dort. Die lange Wartezeit hat der schlechte Service zu vertreten. Und dass die Hotelgäste dann ohne Abendessen abgefertigt werden ist alles andere als Kundenfreundlich. Wir werden dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen.

Oude troep van buiten leuk maar binnen vies en versleten , stinkt naar honden , badkamer met schimmel , versleten vloerbedekking , diner niks bijzonders , ontbijt ging wel was het een niet op dan het andere, en een gegoochel met tafelkleedjes verwisselen zaten nl oude en vieze tafels onder en dan mocht je niet zien, personeel wat je niet verstaat
