Hotel is not that old but there are signs if significant decline. We booked two rooms. When entering the second room, a rotting food smell was apparent. We got another room assigned but discovered that the door card reader malfunctioned. We got beyond that issue and after taking a shower, my wife found that the air conditioner was not working. Requested a 3rd room. It was ok but she found debris from a previous guest under the bed. We won’t return. My observation, based only on dealing with the night crew, is that staff and manager are poorly trained and not prepared.
