Magnifique hotel dans un cadre calme et reposant, décoration raffinée et recherchée , personnel à l’écoute et très accueillant. Parking et bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique gratuits très appréciés. L’hôtel étant très isolé une voiture est indispensable et avec l’impossibilité de se baigner dans le lac il manque vraiment une piscine c’est dommage car tout est parfait.

An outstanding accommodation with a breathtakingLake view. We’ve booked the signature suite in which a bathtub, Jacuzzi and steam bath were included in the room. The room is super clean and well maintained the stuff were welcoming and friendly. the only downside of this beautiful hotel is the food. The food was bad across all the hotels restaurants, including the Michelin Star one. don’t get me wrong, I would consider coming back next time but I will consider bringing my food with me.

Al Bianca Relais potrete godere un lusso assoluto! E’ un hotel perfetto per il comfort che offre. La vista al tramonto ed in ogni momento della giornata e’ favolosa. Le camere sono ampie e molto accoglienti. Il personale attento alle vostre esigenze. La parte F&B semplicemente eccezionale. Cosa volere di più!? Lo raccomando per soggiorni di coppia, anche se chiunque sarà entusiasta di ogni minimo dettaglio

Per il nostro anniversario, abbiamo scelto Bianca sul Lago a Oggiono, un luogo esteticamente magico che promette un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile. Tuttavia, nonostante le alte aspettative, il servizio è stato estremamente deludente. I camerieri, evidentemente inesperti, hanno dimostrato una totale mancanza di professionalità, lasciandoci per gran parte del tempo ignorati e senza alcuna attenzione. Dopo aver ordinato i cocktail, ci siamo trovati ad aspettare troppo a lungo senza essere considerati. Malgrado l'intenzione di proseguire con la cena, abbiamo deciso di lasciare il locale e continuare altrove, dove il personale è stato in grado di cogliere immediatamente i nostri bisogni. La sensazione di essere trascurati ha completamente rovinato quella che doveva essere una serata speciale. È inaccettabile che in un ristorante di tale prestigio si verifichino simili disservizi. Speriamo vivamente che il ristorante possa prendere provvedimenti seri per migliorare il servizio, allineandolo alla qualità dell'ambiente e delle proposte culinarie.

Wir hatten ein Standardraum incl. Frühstück für rd. 360€ per Nacht. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung. Das Hotel kann ich soweit empfehlen,bis auf das Frühstück. Dieses ist leider sehr süss ausgerichtet und so eher etwas zu italienisch. Die Qualität ist aber gut.

Notre week-end a été absolument parfait . L'accueil est chaleureux, notre chambre très spacieuse avec une très jolie vue sur le lac. Les équipement haut de gamme sont très appréciables dans la chambre , y compris le hamam . L'emplacement au calme de cet établissement est très agréable et nous avons testé les deux restaurants, le DROP et le restaurant étoilé que nous recommandons chaleureusement .Il ne manque que la piscine mais elle est prévue prochainement. Prévoir une voiture car le lac de Côme est à 10 minutes .

Beautiful property. Front desk Staff amazing, exceptional 10/10. Hotel was far from tourist attractions and did not have a car . Taxis pretty expensive. You would want to rent a car when you are staying here.
