Freundlicher, zügiger Empfang, nützliche Erläuterungen durch hilfsbereiten Herrn Christian. Aufmerksamer Nachtportier gibt nach 22.00 Uhr freundlich u. umgehend Getränk an Bar aus. Freundliche Begleitung zu u. von Fahrradgarage durch zwei Kolleginnen. Das Zimmer 307 (?) im Hauptgebäude war gepflegt. Bei früherem Aufenthalt (2023) war das Zimmer im Nebengebäude sehr ungepflegt (schmutzig).

日本語の表記は「ホテル パルメンガーテン」となっていますが、 今はibis styles offenburg でイビスグループのホテルになっています。 ロビーのある棟と客室の棟は別でした。 部屋は広くはありませんし、イビススタイルズはエコノミーホテルのラインなので、 アメニティも最小限ですが、オッフェンブルクの駅から徒歩圏内で、 周囲のホテルに比べて安価で使いやすいホテルでした。 チェックインは夜遅くですが、気持ちよく迎えていただきました。

My room was located in the Villa, a separate building across the parking lot. Decent space for a single room, but the bathroom was on the small side. Unfortunately, this room did not have air conditioning -- I'm guessing only the main building has it -- although I did find a fan and an extra pillow in the closet. Also, the room does not have good sound insulation from both the hall and the street outside. My room key stopped working twice during my stay, and I had to go to the front desk to get it fixed. They advised me to keep the card away from cell phones or anything that might demagnetize it, even though I was already not doing so. This isn't a bad hotel, but I would recommend requesting rooms in the main building until conditions in the Villa can be improved.

C’est la première fois que j’ai été déçu d’un hôtel Accor. Commençons par le parking étriqué et peu pratique, idéal si vous voulez griffer votre voiture. Cependant je ne peux pas tenir compte de cela. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel si certains architectes sont fantaisistes. L’hôtel en soi est un peu défraîchi et mérite une rénovation. Mais là encore, rien de bien grave. Le petit déjeuner? Pas extraordinaire. La plupart des produits sont des surgelés, du faux frais en somme, mais le prix n’est pas exagéré non plus donc difficile d’être vraiment trop exigeant sur ce point non plus. Alors quel est donc le point problématique de cet hôtel, le point d’exclusion? C’est très simple. La chambre et les draps n’étaient pas propres. Et l’hygiène dans l’Horeca, c’est quand même un minimum qui n’est malheureusement pas atteint ici. Keine deutsche qualität

Un Hôtel sympathique dans Offenbourg. Il est Proche du centre ville, a peut près 5mn a pied. Avec la chance d'avoir un marché de Noël. Bonne chambre, correct. Chauffage dans sdb et chambre. Parking privé pour quelques euros. Bonne accueil.

Très bon hôtel,bien dans le standard ibis,très bien situé calme et très proche de la gare,un parking,on dort bien et le petit déjeuner est correct.l’accueil est bien fait et précis.pratique pour un passage à Offenbourg qui est une véritable plaque tournante en Europe.
