Die Anlage ist super gepflegt, das neue Schwimmbad Hallenbad mit Ausenbereich ist hervorragend gelungen. Es ist eine konstannte Wasserthemperatur von 32 Grad Celsius. Es herrscht eine sehr angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und versucht wenn möglich jeden Wunsch umzusetzen. Fast jedes Jahr kommt in der Anlage eine Erneuerung hinzu. Auch das angeschlossene Bikecenter bietet einen hervorageneden Service. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Bedienung in der Früh und am Abend alle sehr aufmerksam und einfach freundlich. Küche das war der hammer alle tage ein wunderbares menü bekommen. Rezeptionistinnen und Chefs alle super freundlich. Immer wieder gerne zum weiterempfehlen. Zimmer und der rest alles immer plitzeplank.

Das Resort können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Egal ob das Zimmer oder das Badehaus oder jeden Tag das hervorragende Essen es war alles einfach nur spitze. Auch unsere Hündin wurde so herzlich aufgenommen. Es war eine so schöne Zeit. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem spitzenmäßigen Resort.

Sehr schöne und immer sehr sauberen Chalets. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter die immer für Sie da sind. Sehr schöne Terasse und sehr gute Küche. Das neue Schwimbad ist bezauberend. Die Lage is traumhaft schön. Mehr braucht man nicht. Wir sind hier schon viele Jahren zu gast und hoffen auf nog viele Jahren. Hier fühlt man sich einfach wohl.

Unglaublich liebevolle Unterkunft als kleines Dorf angelegt. Leckeres Frühstück und mega Abendessen... Sehr sauber, motivierte, freundliche Mitarbeiter und jede Menge Platz (auch für die Fahrräder gibt es überall Abstellmöglichkeiten.

eigentlich hatten wir nichts zu meckern. Das Personal war immer superfreundlich, das Resort war super gepflegt, der Badeteich und der Infinitypool sind ein Traum, Frühstück und Abendessen war ausreichend und gut, und obwohl viele Familien mit Kindern da waren war es doch immer angenehm ruhig. Man hat richtig viele Aktivitäten die man in der Gegend machen kann (entweder auf eigene Faust oder durch Ausflüge die vom Hotel organisiert sind. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das einzige was man aus unserer Sicht hätte beanstanden können waren die für unsere Verhältnisse doch etwas zu harten Matratzen. Aber das ist ja Ansichtssache, und wir sind uns sicher dass man uns da hätte helfen können wenn wir was gesagt hätten

Wieder einmal ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Ötztal. Das Ressort ist sehr liebevoll und werthaltig gestaltet. Die Ausstattung und das Freizeit Angebot lassen keine Wünsche offen , v.a der Bike Verleih und Adventure Touren. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und wir abgerundet mit einer hervorragenden Küche im Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Resort in traumhafter Ötztaler Landschaft mit allen denkbaren Annehmlichkeiten und einem Service, der die Wünsche von den Augen abliest. Ausgezeichnete Küche mit regionalem Schwerpunkt, alle Sportaktivitäten werden vom Hotel organisiert und die Geräte sind problemlos vor Ort zu leihen.

Es hat alles gepasst! Das Apartment war sauber, gut eingerichtet. Das Restaurant war super. Das morgentliche Buffet war schön angerichtet und hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Am Abend wurde man kulinarisch auch verwöhnt. Die Angestellten des Resorts waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
