Все хорошо, но есть два комментария:
-в ванной комнате нет полочки доя размещения собственных туалетных принадлежностей( зубная щетка, паста, одеколон и тд);
-неудобные кровати и подушки, на 5* не тянут.

This hotel was a huge surprise. I had a huge room with a terrace with a view over Varna. Super comfortable bed, room with a luxurious design based on noble woods and leather. Close to the centre and a pleasant walk away from the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. I didn't try the spa but it's on the last floor with a very nice view. Recommended.

This hotel is best avoided. Having stayed in 2022 it is alarming how the Hotel has declined in two years. The room was like a prison cell. With bare concrete ceilings, dirty carpet and toilets. The breakfast was appalling. Often the same products bought out again day after day. Stale bread and cakes. Fruit and vegetables that were past their best. Dried meat, overdone eggs. The cutlery and tables were filthy. Every member of staff, from security, reception and breakfast were miserable, could not have a conversation without getting confrontational or aggressive. When we raised our concerns with the Manager she simply replied that it was our opinion and we could leave if we liked. Hopefully this review will save people from booking this over priced and underwhelming Hotel who do not care about their customers.

Every summer for the last 6 years I'm staying here, I love the hotel, the stuff is wonderful and ready to help with everything. Last but not least, the breakfast! Everything is fresh and delicious, and of course the red hair RADI is the cherry on the cake! Congratulations to everyone!

Posh interior, fancy rooms. We booked the king superior suite (room 501) and it was spacious and snug with a huge terrace and adjacent pool and gym. Great artwork all over the place. Each floor has a different theme, earth, wind, fire, water. Nice bathroom amenities. Great breakfast. Amazing speciality coffee in the bar 87 downstairs, with Victoria Arduino hardware. Staff was attentive. There are no weights in the gym, just cardio machines and flimsy 5 kg dumbbells which I can lift with my eye lashes. The bathroom has glass walls, which is fancy, but inconvenient during night time, when you turn the lights on there is light spillage due to the glass ceiling and walls. Looks very nice though, can't deny that, Thai style. Some signs of wear and tear. Just one elevator. The TV sets used to be top notch back in 2010, sporting an integrated soundbar. Moët in the mini fridge for bonus points. Interesting minimalist industrial design.

Хотелът е моден,чест и удобен в центъра.. Има малък басейн и сауна на последния етаж .Персоналът е много любезен и усложлив. Закуската е много богата и разнообразна и много мила хостеса.Посещавам го многократно и винаги оставам удовлетворена. The hotel is fashionable, clean and comfortable in the center.. There is a small pool and a sauna on the top floor. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very rich and varied and the hostess is very nice. I visit it many times and I am always satisfied.
