Precise Resort Bad Saarow am Scharmützelsee
"Very nice room with lake view and balcony. Lovely spa area with a variety of options. Restaurant prices are a bit high. Otherwise, highly recommended."
Lat Hotel & Apartmenthaus Berlin
"Simple hotel with simple but clean rooms, 20 minutes walk from the station. Unfortunately no air-conditioning which was sad at 30+ degrees. The window open was not a good idea because from one hour or four the street in front changes to a kind of race course for (cargo) traffic. So ask for a room in the back. Room very small, bathroom but well shower."
Hotel Gut Klostermühle Natur Resort & Medical Spa
"We were for a project meeting in the Good Monastery Mill. It was a great experience for everyone and has contributed so much to team formation, to balance between concentrated work and recreation. We are doing more frequent meetings on the countryside, but the good monastery mill has put all the other experiences into the shadow. Great organization, dreamy location and wonderful food!"
Hotel Fürstenberg
"The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the daily room cleaning. Although the hotel was closed on check-in day, the key pickup via phone and keypad box was convenient, and there’s a Netto right across the street. However, the hotel is quite dated, and the rooms felt stuffy with an unpleasant smell, so we had to keep the windows open even on cold days. It’s in a small town with limited accommodation options, which likely explains its popularity. Our first night was disturbed by noise early in the morning (4am!), and parking is very limited and usually full. The boarded-up building behind the hotel also made the area feel a bit unsafe."
Aja Bad Saarow
"No safe deposit box in the room, but one behind reception directly behind a heavy iron door. This was offered to me. On the second to last day of our trip, when I was about to take something out and had just opened it, the door was pushed open from the outside in. The lockers were right behind this door. My hand landed suddenly in the box of the locker I had already opened and was trapped. The person responsible saw it and rushed past. I almost fainted from the pain and, with the help of a member of staff, managed to get outside and sit down. Once I sat down, I was very angry at such carelessness, because there was another way behind reception when you know the lockers are behind the door. Until then, I didn't know it was the hotel manager. She apparently later ordered the staff to look after me. Which they did. She came herself at some point, then without introducing herself, and said she'd been in a hurry and apologized as she passed. She'd heard me call her Tuschi and that made her angry. The fact that I was barely sane from the pain didn't interest her. Until then I didn't know who she was. Then much later, when she came and sat down next to me and I asked who or what position she held in the hotel, she explained to me that she was the manager. How can you behave like that towards an elderly woman (80) who hurt HER with her carelessness? I felt no empathy from her. She told me that she has known about this problem for a long time and has even informed the management, but that something has to happen before the hotel management gives the okay to a change. Was I the scapegoat? It was the last day of our vacation, and we wanted to enjoy it. The next day we had to go to Berlin and since I couldn't drive, my husband (85) drove to just before the autobahn, from there our daughter picked us up and drove us to Berlin. We received no compensation whatsoever and had to pay in full for the day of my accident, which was due to the manager's negligence. Our suitcases were carried to our car because I asked for it. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They adore the manager; there must be a reason I couldn't figure out, after all, I was just a guest. My husband wrote this review with my permission because I can't yet use my right hand."
Hotel Zum Schwan
"The hotel was booked by telephone and was very simple and friendly, the deposit was not required. The key box worked well and we also got a room to put the bikes in. ( Sunday the reception is not crewed) Room was large and clean. Coffee / tea could be made in a single living room. A friendly greeting and a good breakfast."
Hotel Esplanade Resort & Spa - Adults Only
"Breakfast is not special, staff very friendly."
Klosterhotel Neuzelle
"Excellent very comfortable hotel beautiful very beautiful home very nothing to replay, made 1 night for a professional trip."
Velotel Bad Saarow
"Newly built hotel. Good equipment. Beautiful room Only a description of the heating control in the room lacked, therefore too warm or not to regulate."
