A relaxing change from busy Tokyo. Fantastic place with plenty of facilities. We hired a car which made travel very easy. Lucky to have been here with the blossoms. Plenty for the kids to do. Staff very friendly.. thankfully Google translate has made our whole trip very easy. Highly recommend.

The light bulbs in the street lights on the premises are out, and the curtains in the rooms are torn to shreds. One of the two laundry facilities is broken. Even when you order from the breakfast drink bar, the waiter doesn't stop making drinks (large quantities) for the guests, so you have to wait a long time. The apple juice dispenser is poor and it takes about a minute to fill a glass. I stayed in a cottage, but overall I didn't feel any Hilton pride. I can't get a reservation on the weekend, and I feel sorry for the owner, who paid a lot of money to buy it and pays over 100,000 yen in annual management fees. I'll pay 100,000 yen and stay at other places.
