A relaxing change from busy Tokyo. Fantastic place with plenty of facilities. We hired a car which made travel very easy. Lucky to have been here with the blossoms. Plenty for the kids to do. Staff very friendly.. thankfully Google translate has made our whole trip very easy. Highly recommend.

敷地内の街灯の電球は切れていて、部屋のカーテンはビリビリに裂けている。ランドリーは2つのうち1つが故障中。 朝食のドリンクバーは注文しても自分が作ってる配膳用のドリンク作り(大量)を中断せず長時間待たされる。りんごジュースのサーバーは出が悪くコップをいっぱいにするのに1分程度かかる。 コテージに宿泊しましたが全体としてヒルトンのプライドを感じられない。土日の予約なんて取れないし、安くないお金払って購入して10万超の年間管理費も払っているオーナーさんは気の毒です。10万払ってほかの色んなとこ泊まりに行きます。

ホテル内の設備が完備していたため、台風直撃時にもかかわらず快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 欲を言えばもう少し少ないオーナーポイントで宿泊できれば最高なのですが。ハワイの2倍以上必要なのが残念

昇り降りが大変。部屋に洗濯機がない。移動が大変。ホテルのアクティビティの料金が、超高い。 レンタカーがないとやることがない。 飲食店が近くにないので、長期滞在は難しい。スーパーへのサービスもない。

小田原中心街から海辺の国道をしばらく走った高台に立つヒルトンバケーションクラブのホテルです。限られた棟しかないため、予約がなかなか取れません。ヒルトン小田原リゾート＆スパの敷地内に立つため、チェックインはもホテル内の施設（温泉）なども利用ができます。6人まで宿泊できるコテージタイプ。バスルームやトイレはとても広く、1階には和室とツインベットあります。緑の中、自然の風も爽やかで、見晴らしもとてもいい高級ホテルです。

ホテル側の施設はいい時代に作られた豪華なもので満足。宿泊したベイフォレストは、広くて綺麗でキッチンもあるのでとても便利。ただ、斜面に2階建て風につくってあるので、お年寄りや足の不自由な方には寝室との行き来が不便かもしれません。部屋に洗濯機があればよいですが、外にランドリー棟があり、そこまで行くのがちょっと面倒くさい。そしてそこの洗濯機が台数が少なくて。。。ホテル側に行けば、室内プールやスパ、ボーリング場などのアクティビティも充実していて、家族で行くには極めて満足度が高かったです。子供はまた行きたいと喜んでおりました。周辺の観光も小田原や箱根、御殿場まで足を延ばせば色々と楽しめます。

玄関入って直ぐのリビングダイニングは、相模湾が見えるオーシャンビュー。お部屋も清潔でバスタオル、浴衣も毎日取り替えてくださいます。 階下には寝室と畳のお部屋があり、くつろげます。広くて眠りを誘うような雰囲気です。 洗面所ツインボールで使い勝手良いです。 ここまでは満点なのですが、長期滞在に必須の洗濯事情が悪くて驚きました。 まずお部屋に洗濯機が備えつけられて無いです。 洗濯物を持ってコテージを出て洗濯機のある場所まで行かなければなりません。 コレだけでもかなりの手間です。 あと洗濯機2台と乾燥機2台しかありません。取り合いになります。 しかも洗濯に1時間半も要する酷いメーカー製です。脱水が不十分でも後から脱水だけを追加することも出来ません。 また1時間半も洗濯し直しになります。 乾燥機は衣類が熱くなるだけで乾燥出来ません。何故か乾燥しないんです。 通気が悪くなっているとしか考えられません。詰まってるのでしょうか。こちらもどこの国のメーカーか分かりませんので掃除も下手に出来ずで諦めて部屋で干しました。

今回はコロナ禍なので 滞在中はコテージとホテル内でまったりと過ごしまし。広い温泉につかり 夕食はホテルのコースディナー(洋食と和食)を堪能し 朝食もホテルで頂きました。
