This is a very old, large hotel that doesn't feel well maintained. Wallpapers often peeled off, paint peeled off the doors, and it was a bad experience to stay in. If you book through an agent, you will be put on the worst floor and the most remote room. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Food was OK.

There are not many choices for dining, only two restaurants, and once you check in, you have to go to Odawara Station to eat at more restaurants. Very inconvenient.

I hope they improve the direction information because we were stranded there with out transportation to the train station on Saturday morning. Thank God for Mr. Hiroyuki who volunteered to drive us to the station to go on our way.
The place is beautiful but needs more activities and entertainment.
