If you're looking for excellent customer service, you don't have to look any more! The Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort is where you want to stay. Everyone from management to the staff was helpful, kind and responsive. The location was perfect, close enough to everything in OC but just far enough that you felt like you had your own private resort. We stayed on a busy sold out weekend and still received excellent customer service. My only disappointment was we couldn't take advantage of the spa because they were sold out! The cleanliness was noticeable throughout from the room, halls, pool, and restaurants! Their attention to the smallest details was impeccable. Thank you to everyone who made our weekend unforgettable! Shout-out to Tood! You're the best!

We were super grateful to have two wonderful nice people Yamilet and Paula who had helped us so much at our stay here the staff was super nice and helpful and a beautiful place to stay in. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and recommend to talk to the staff here.

We literally had the best time. We LOVE staying at Princess Royale and have been for years. The staff is very outgoing, everyone always says hello, and the hotel front desk staff was so helpful! We LOVE the pool, we didn’t get in this time, but we enjoyed sitting around and relaxing. Always super clean. We stayed in a newly renovated room this time as well and it was so nice, the new look is fantastic. We also love the location since it’s pretty central to uptown and downtown. I’m always raving about here to my friends, best place to stay in Ocean City! Royale Roasters is also fantastic, nice to be able to grab coffee without leaving and having to drive anywhere. Thank you again for an amazing stay- we are looking forward to coming back this winter for another stay-cation. Our daughter loves it here! Pictures are posted with this review- I believe it’s the 2 bedroom Ocean Front Suite with corner balcony— beautiful 😍 and so spacious!

The Princess Royale is our favorite place to stay when we go to Ocean City Md. The staff is terrific. From the moment we walked into the Princess we felt like we were at home. We were created with hello, welcome, nice to see you and we hope you enjoy your stay. The bell hop was very friendly and had us laughing all The way to our room. Everything was so clean in our hotel room and the view of the ocean with amazing . I am telling you, I have never been in a hotel where everyone says hello. The food .. where do I begin. You have to go to the Current. Beautiful view g the ocean , terrific food, friendly staff and they have music. It’s also nice to stay in a hotel that has a salon. Sometimes you just need to pamper yourself. Can’t wait to return to this family friendly hotel . The jet tub even looks like it’s smiling. Definitely a top notch hotel

please avoid this hotel at all costs. Unsanitary conditions. Hair all over the floor and tub of the bathroom. Floors not cleaned and stains on bedding as well as found a bed bug in my bed! If you go through reviews this is a reaccuring complaint

Hotel was clean, staff is great. The coffee cafe is amazing the Baristas definitely put love into making your specialty drink. The staff at Schooners, the restaurant in the hotel are wonderful especially Maya. Genci the Bellman was a sweetheart, fast and attentive. I love that everyone is friendly

The location is great; ocean front with easy beach access. The balcony was small, but supplied with two comfortable chairs for watching the ocean. The room (queen suite with ocean view) was really disappointing. The bathroom floor grout was encrusted with black grime. The corners of the room featured peeling wall paper and shedding plaster. The pull out sofa mattress was ancient, sagging, with sharp springs but no padding. The sliding screen to the balcony wouldn't stay on its track and dropped chunks of peeling paint with every use. Housekeeping is available on request only. Wi-fi signal strength was rarely usable. Hallway carpets and elevators were grubby. We'll try somewhere else next visit.

It's a real shame. This hotel is clean and a decent place to stay depending what area of the hotel. We checked in and went straight to our room. I needed to check the wifi since i had to do some work while i was here. (We were booked for entire week.) i could not connect to the internet and my husband could not watch the tv in our room since it required internet as well. I called the front desk explaining the problem and was brushed off - she stated the internet wont work on any TVs. That sounded a bit strange since the TVs require the internet. We waited about 45 minutes and decided to get dinner. I stopped at the front desk to explain we weren't going to be in the room. The lady at the desk condescendingly told me her internet on thephone works everwhere in the hotel and ours should, too. I explained the service at the front desk is not the same service we have at the room. However, we went to bed and requested a room change the next morning and we were able to move. Our 2nd day, we stopped at the poolside bar to get something to drink and a light appetizer for lunch. There were 8 people working behind that bar and it was almost empty. It still took over 20 minutes for someone to wait on me. People saw us trying to order but i suppose socializing was more important. it's too bad. This is a nice hotel. The staff was awful
