Hotel Monte Carlo Ocean City

The hotel was clean and refreshing. The views of ocean city were spectacular especially the sunsets. It was just off the boardwalk and the staff was very helpful and attentive. There is a restaurant attached the the hotel. Walkable to both beach and bay side. Can’t wait to go back.

The hotel was excellent. But I would like to give a major shout out to the front desk clerk Carol. She made my trip and stay there a great experience. She was super polite, very informative and she has an amazing personality. I feel she is a great asset to your company. Thank you Carol.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated. There were 2 of us in the room for 2 nights and there were 6 towels in our room upon arrival, so we didn't have to chase down staff to get towels. Good size room. Elevator was a little slow but not a big deal to me.Good location just off the boardwalk. Reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again.

Only the second time that I have been compelled to leave a review on Trip Advisor. From the moment we were allowed to check in Anna at the front desk recognized the size of my truck and went above and beyond to ask an employee to move their vehicle and secured a space to accommodate easy in/out for my truck and family. What started as an uncomfortable 1st night sleep due to a bad mattress, was quickly rectified by Anna and the maintenance staff early Saturday morning. Anna worked with maintenance and housekeeping to replace the mattress that had an entire side of bad springs with a new mattress and fresh linens, even going above and beyond the maintenance staff recognized the difference in the two mattresses and replaced both. Beyond satisfied with the service and quick action. As a side note, the room was clean and fresh, but I don't believe that housekeeping would have noticed the bad mattress and perhaps prior occupants never raised the issue to the front desk, leaving the issue for follow-on hotel guests. I live by the motto of leaving something better than found and besides ensuring a comfortable stay for myself, but hopefully a more pleasant staff for hotel visitors for room 509 into the future! We stayed at the Monte Carlo for Oceans Country Calling. It has easy access to everything. It is a clean hotel with a friendly accommodating staff including maintenanc. Anna is the best! The only negative would be the parking. I'm glad we arrived when we did, because I don't know that we would've had a space in one of their parking lots otherwise. Would definitely stay here again!

Booked our stay for a busy weekend at Country Calling music festival. The front desk receptionist Anna was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was limited and the lots were very small/tight.

Anna Mills at the front desk makes you feel like family . She was always asking if we needed anything. Everyone who was staff and friendly too ! Parking was fine and this hotel is convenient to everything! The rooms were clean with plenty of towels and extra amenities!

We went during Country’s calling music festival so the town and hotel were very busy but the front desk staff were so nice, helpful and accommodating! They absolutely went above and beyond! The room was also very clean and affordable, can’t wait to come back in the summer for the roof top pool and bar!
