Residence in Ocean City, Maryland Perfect location is only surpassed by exceptional service. Large rooms with a full kitchen welcome you and is ideal for families or friends alike. There is also a great lounge on the second floor for relaxing when you need to rest and want something different from your room… the food is excellent, and they have a great happy hour! The breakfast offers several hot and cold options, and the staff go out of their way to help guests as needed. The hotel location is centrally located in ocean city with easy access to fantastic restaurants. The hotel is lovely and exceptionally clean! I have already recommended it to family & friends!

We try to always stay in this hotel. It is clean, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good with many options and the views fantastic from the rooms.I did have one complaint though this time: parking fee $15 a night. I have stayed in many other hotels in Ocean City, Bethany Beach and Dewey Beach and never was charged to park.

Third time visiting here&now,despite it being extremely pricy,is my go lodging,in OCMD Every aspect is top notch;from the front desk,all of the staff was extremely professional,with excellent customer service skills. My only complaint would be,the broken elliptical,in the gym&rude guests,at the breakfast buffet (which,the staff can’t control human nature )

This was a great hotel to stay at for a week while our daughter’s softball team played in a tournament. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is outside right on the water. The fitness center is up on the 7th floor so you work out while looking out over the water. But mostly I want to compliment the staff. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful. And then after I checked out and was on my way to the airport I realized that I had left several items in my room including my wedding ring. I messaged the hotel in the chat function on the app and explained the situation. They could not have been nicer. They went right away to the room and found the items and held them at the desk until a friend could pick them up. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

The hotel is very nice with a lot of amenities, but be careful with the elevator wait times and especially in the late morning as guests are going/leaving breakfast and checking out with luggage. I waited nearly 20 minutes to get to the lobby and should have taken the stairs. It appeared as if guests were being 'grouped' in a small range of rooms and after a hard day, I was placed next door to a group of at least eight and as I thought I'd have a peaceful few minutes on the balcony, there were children screaming, immediately to the left, running down the hallway and throwing items, I asked for a different room and was okay after that.

We stayed here for a dance competition held at the convention center. Easy drive there for anyone attending an event at the convention center looking for lodging. Lobby area was very nice, cute little area for drinks and food. Rooms were clean. Good location, can walk many places. Pool area was also clean and had a stand/bar where you can purchase food, snacks, drinks, etc Room had a kitchenette which was wonderful and the hotel does have a laundry room, another plus for families!! My only complaint is the service and rude demeanor provided by the assistant general manager Jen. She was awful to deal with during a room mishap and was not willing to properly credit us for a downgraded room. She told me to “look up rates myself if I didn’t like what she was graciously offering me” My husband did and as Bon Voy members she was overcharging us by $600. It took days for the proper credit to be given to us which was disappointing and frustrating, however we are happy it all worked out in the end
