Holiday Inn Express & Suites OCALA by IHG

Room is real nice and clean.Conveniently going around shops, get back to highway. Jessica is super welcoming us at the check- in also pay attention on our requests.The man at the check out next morning is polite & bright attitudes person ( Forgot to look at his name) We stay a night (Aug 27th ) for Rainbow spring park also visit our family in the next town.Impress with service , bed is so comfy , smell of this place is real nice.Breakfast is great so we enjoyed it also many to choose from.Highly recommended for high quality service & price is decent.Will stay again definitely

Place was nice like usual our room how ever this time was not the “best” room. There were stains on the couch and stained sheets a hole in the curtain and kinda just looked dingy and abused. A little extra love and care with the room could’ve gone a long way during the stay! But other than that the beds were comfy and had plenty of pillows to choose from!

Excellent hotel ! It is brand new and spotless!!! Beautiful rooms that are very spacious and spotless bathrooms! Dove amenities (if you use hotel amenities) It includes breakfast. This one is better than most. Very friendly staff at breakfast and we were greeted when we entered the lobby this morning. What a great way to start your day. Be careful, there is another Holiday Inn right next door. This one is worth the drive through the parking lot.

All-around friendly housekeeping and front-desk staff. Had to move rooms due to a nonfunctioning door lock; maintenance staff helped us quickly change rooms so we could settle in after a long day at FAST. We were thankful for the well-functioning AC/heating unit and fan, which kept us cozy during the arctic chill and drowned out any highway noise. Appreciated amenities like the Keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. Comfy pillows and bedding, good-sized bathroom with shower. Room showing some wear and tear (door frame damaged near the handle/lock, scuffs around the shower and walls, carpet could be cleaner.) No AIrPlay with the TV but HBO channel featured recent Oscar nominees. Loved the Costa coffee machine in the lobby.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were kind and helpful and truly seemed to what to serve their customers. The hotel was very clean and the room was well stocked and comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

This hotel is easy to get to from the hiway and has plenty of truck parking. Even though it's winter in *t was warm enough for me to get a nice swim. Great pool. Housekeeping was on point. My room was cleaned daily. Great service. The lobby is very nice, clean and airy.

This hotel was so fresh and clean. The staff were so nice and also very helpful. The hotel was easy to find once I got off the highway. The hotel has a gazebo on property where we can hang out, very nice.
