The location is really good because it's right in front of Obihiro Station, and it's close to the city's famous restaurants and the rooms are clean. And the breakfast buffet is good quality for the price. There were a lot of delicious things. 👍
However, it's a shame that there's no hot spring bath in an area famous for hot springs.

The building itself was not new and seemed to be undergoing renovation in places, but the corridors and rooms were very clean. The room was quite spacious, and I wondered if the wallpaper and plumbing had just been replaced?! It was convenient and the price of the accommodation, which included breakfast, was good value for money.
The staff were also very polite and helpful.
I used it during the marathon, and as a free member, the usual 11am check-out time was extended to 12pm,
so after the marathon I was able to take my time using the shower in my room and get ready to go home, which was very helpful.
