Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal im Bad Rain. Für uns ist es der absolute Kracher. Die ruhige Lage, die exquisite Küche und das nette Personal machen unsere Ferien immer zu einer perfekten Auszeit. Auch unser Hund ist immer willkommen. Wir freuen uns auf‘s nächste Mal.

Wir haben uns riesig auf unsere Auszeit im Hotel Bad Rain gefreut und wurden bei unserem Besuch auch alles andere als enttäuscht. Das Hotel befindet sich etwas abgelegen, inmitten einer wundervollen Natur. Der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit. Familie Kirchmann hat uns sehr freundlich in ihrem Haus empfangen und das ganze Team Bad Rain hat sich rund um die Uhr sehr engagiert und freundlich um uns gekümmert. Die wunderschönen, modernen Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber und der kleine Wellnessbereich mit Hallenbad lädt zum Träumen ein. Das Essen war der absolute Hammer und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Team hielt zudem einige Überraschungen bereit. Ob ein Aperitif an der Feuerschale im Außenbereich oder eine Fackelwanderung nach dem Abendessen, wir wurden immer wieder mit kleinen besonderen Ideen überrascht. Die Oberstaufen Plus Card (im Preis enthalten) bietet großartige Möglichkeiten, ein individuelles Tagesprogramm zu gestalten. In unserem Fall besuchten wir die Therme, wir fuhren Ski und unternahmen Wanderungen ganz in der Nähe. Es war eine wirklich tolle Zeit und eine solche Gastfreundlichkeit und individuelle Ansprache findet man heute eher selten. Im Hotel Bad Rain hatten wir das Gefühl, bei Freunden zu sein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke an Familie Kirchmann und Team!

sehr freundliche und persönliche Betreuung der Chefleute, familiäre Atmosphäre. Neu renoviertes Zimmer, richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Tolles geräumiges Bad. Sehr ruhige Lage, reichhaltiges Angebot beim Frühstück, hervorragende Küche. Viele Golfplätze in der Nähe und gute Tipps der Chefin. Massage und Kosmetikbehandlung war sehr gut.

Wr hatten ein wunderschönes, entspanntes Wochenende, da ein sehr tolles, Familien geführtes Hotel. Ein sehr schönes, neu renoviertes Zimmer, gute Küche und top Service zum wohl fühlen. Golfplätze gut zu erreichen, wir haben Oberstaufen und Steibis gespielt. Wir kommen wieder.

Bisher waren wir immer angetan vom Restaurant, in 2021 waren wir ca. 6 mal essen und immer zufrieden. Zwischen den Jahren waren wir nun mit den Kindern und Partnern dort zum Abendessen. Tisch für 6 lange vorreserviert. Vor Ort wurden wir in das OG verwiesen, Frühstücksraum. Hausgäste wurden vertrieben, wir waren dann abseits. Bei Reservierung kein Hinweis auf den Raum. Essen wie immer gut, Service zu Beginn auch, dann wurden wir vergessen. Über 30 min. saßen wir vor leergegessenen Tellern. Niemand kam mehr. Wir sind dann nach unten gegangen zum zahlen, unser Hinweis auf das schlechte Ambiente wurde ignoriert, meine Familie wurde nicht mal verabschiedet. Fazit: Essen gut, Organisation mangelhaft. Kann jeder entscheiden ob er sich das antut.
