Le lieu est magnifique, c'est une très belle expérience mais à 220 euros la soirée on s'attend à mieux. Le personnel de l'accueil n'est pas assez souriant et leur débit de parole est bien trop rapide, ni moi ni mon épouse n'avons compris quoi que ce soit, et comme il y avait 2 couples derrière nous, nous avons laissé notre place. Au moment du dîner, j'ai commandé du vin, un verre ébréché m'a été servi, ensuite le serveur débarrasse mon assiette alors que mon épouse n'a pas terminé la sienne, à moins qu'il soit pressé de terminer son service, cela ne se fait pas dans ce type d'établissement. Le personnel a 4 stylos coincés dans le col du polo (ça fait vraiment brasserie). Le nettoyage du côté gauche de la vitrine avec les assiettes se fait du produit à vitre alors que les desserts sont encore en place côté droit !!! J'ai travaillé 10 ans dans un hôtel 4*, voilà pourquoi je suis tatillon. On m'a toujours dit "la qualité reste et le prix s'oublie", mais là.... La porte du sauna qui se situe à côté du bassin avec les carpes koï se referme trop rapidement, je me suis blessé au talon, je l'ai signalé, on m'a dit "allez à l'accueil pour leur dire".

Fantastisk SPA og gourmet hotel
Fantastisk SPA hotel som også giver mulighed for afslapning i haven og på terrassen efter en fantastisk god middag i restauranten.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Séjour Yonaguni, un dépaysement absolu.
Expérience formidable à vivre ! Le séjour associé à une journée au spa Yonaguni est un voyage de détente et de plénitude. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est un régal, pour les yeux aussi. A recommander vivement !

Hotel de charme, spa fantastique
Joli hôtel, un peu cher par rapport au confort des chambres et service mais avec un spa yonaguni incroyable. L’autre spa (inclus) est plus petit mais très sympa. Petite déception sur le bar/snack, notamment la cesar salade (poulet à peine cuit).

Hotel OK
Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling.
Room are small but very clean.
Small building so we felt like family hotel.
Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours).
The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing
Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient.

Bel hôtel typique alsacien, bien décoré, dont les chambres mériteraient un rafraichissement mais qui sont extrêmement calmes!
Possibilité d'accéder au Spa Yonaguni en supplément de 60€/chambre

Beau, bien, mais cher et pas toujours acceuillant.
Beau week-end, beau spa, mais clairement bien trop cher pour ce que c'est.
J'ai payé en tout 900€ pour l'hôtel, les repas, les petits déjeuner, le spa.
Pour un accueil froid et qui a laisse un sentiment mitigé.
Certains membre du personnel sont exceptionnels, d'autres sont clairement désabusés et à la limite antipathiques.
Il y a dans la région d'autres hôtels spa, d'un niveau similaire et qui sont d'une part 2x moins chers et d'autre part bien plus accueillant.
Je ne laisser en général aucun commentaire, mais pour le coup, ce séjour m'aura laissé un sentiment mitigé.
