Extremely bad. Very unfair hotel! Doesn't understand the situation of a severely disabled person in a small family and simply lets them down and isn't accommodating or accommodating in any way. The main thing is to collect money! The absolute worst!

Wir haben die Übernachtung storniert, möchten jedoch trotzdem eine Bewertung abgeben - und zwar aus folgendem Grund: Wir baten vorab um einen späteren Check-Out (13:00 oder gerne 14:00 Uhr). Die Rückantwort erfolgte prompt: „Leider können wir eine Late Check Out nicht garantieren. Je nach Verfügbarkeit können Sie dies am Anreisetag 35,00€ dazubuchen.“ • € 35.- sind vergleichsweise unverschämt (zumal einige Hotels dies‘ erfahrungsgemäß auch OHNE Zuzahlung realisierten). The location of this hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate. So there is quite a bit of traffic, especially buses (I'm guessing a depot somewhere) and trucks. The disadvantage is that the road surface changes right in front of the hotel, causing extra noise in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. Only rooms at the front by the way. It sounds loud so you can sleep with earplugs, but if you are sensitive to this then this is not your hotel. It's a shame that the owners can't do anything about this. Because they were extremely friendly. The room was not large and the pillows could use some updating, but otherwise fine. Location is perfect close to shopping centers and restaurants. Parking is free and if you search carefully and book you can get breakfast included. Rooms at the back are quieter, but there is a railway line there, so train-sensitive people are not a good idea. There is also no elevator. But if you are looking for a great compact hotel, this is a good choice. And a tip restaurant next door is excellent, tasty Italian with good price/quality. A tip for the owners: all minor 'wear and tear' can be resolved fairly easily. Curtains that are loose, window locks that do not close properly. Just go room by room and do some repairs. Not a lot of work and that really makes people happy.

1. Bereikbaarheid: Makkelijk aan te rijden met de auto. Ocentro ligt 6 bushaltes van het hotel. Als je van lopen houdt dan doe je er 45 min over (kind van 6 was mee). 2. Onvriendelijk en taal: Dame van het hotel beheerst geen Engels. Ze kwam ook best onvriendelijk over, maar dat komt denk ik doordat ze ook naast baliwerk schoonmaakwerk deed. 3. Aankomst: Je komt via de voorkant naar binnen, maar wordt vervolgens met sleutel via de voorkant weggestuurd om via de achterkant naar boven te lopen. Die begreep ik niet, want vanaf de bali zet je 2 stappen naar rechts en dan heb je toegang tot de kamers. Dus waarom omlopen met alle bagage? 4. Sluitingstijd: Rond 19 uur ging mijn partner naar beneden om te vragen of het hotel daadwerkelijk 22.00 uur gesloten is (de dame sprak zo rommelig). Helaas kon je niemand (op geen enkele wijze) bereiken. Om geen risico's te nemen zijn wij in het hotel gebleven en hebben wij bij de Italiaan ernaast gegeten. Uiteraard was dat niet onze voorkeur aangezien je bij Ocentro genoeg restaurants had. 5. Ranzigheid: Zie foto! Ze hebben dat blokje los op de schimmelplek gelegd. Heel vies!

The hotel refused to check in with a prepaid and confirmed booking. Apparently the booking could not be found. There is no reception, just a note on the door with a phone number.
